Thank you all for your kind comments and messages of support......also for the PM's. It is so nice to know that people care.

Was sent home from work as soon as I got there this morning. Went to my mum's so as not to be on my own. Have come home now to try and sleep.

Anyway - thanks for the strength you're giving me....and hugs to all others who need or want them.

Snowy Owl Good luck with the test. Re the naked Morris dancing... Well I would but :eek: :eek: :eek: thing is I actully LIKE people and cannot possibly inflict such a sight on innocent (and not so innocent for that matter!:rotfl: )eyes. To say it wouldn't be a pretty sight is the understatement of the century_pale_ _pale_ _pale_ . In fact my forthcomming T.V. appearance will test even the widest of wide screen TV's:rotfl:
Have got a few very dificult phone calls to make later. Trying to gear myself up to do them.

anniestar, that was one brilliant post:T You said it so well, and so thoughtfully. I have refrained from posting good news when someone has a special sadness, but really, when I'm sad, I enjoy being lifted by other's happiness.:D And as you say, this isn't a rehearsal. I'm not sure I'll take up many of your suggested activities though;) :rotfl:

SnowyOwl, good luck with the job hunting. It's lovely to hear you so much more upbeat:D That old job was really dragging you down wasn't it? And as for shoe sales..............well I'm making no comment:whistle: :whistle: ( I tidied up my shoe stash yesterday, and was amazed at what I have. So why do I live and die in just 3 pairs:o )

PoppyOscar, I'm so very sorry for all the worry and upset you're going through. Hard as it is to believe now, things will get better. Hugs to you and hopes that OH gets the help and support he clearly needs.

I've been doing a bit of gardening, moving more plants around. It seems to help my cold being out in the air, but I've had odd looks from the neighbours with my hacking cough. Might just rest up for a bit, wonder what I can do? Oh what a lucky coincidence, Wimbledon is on.;) I could just while away a [strike]lot[/strike] little time watching some.

Dinner tonight will be something in the HM ready meal category. I do not feel like cooking. Suppose I should rummage in the freezer before I settle down in front of the telly.

I only went and showed up a whole entire hour too late. Oh I am kicking my butt so hard!! The appointment was first communicated to me on the phone by the agency (the only agency I would actually recommend as they are always v.good) and I wrote the time down then. But somehow I got it wrong. The lady from the agency even sent me an email confirming, but I only glanced at it to check the venue. So I didn't sit the test. Definitely shot myself in the foot, and I am so embarrassed for having wasted the agency woman's time and for her not having a candidate show up to a client. Oh I feel awful. Sh*t sh*t sh*t. (Pardon my French)

What a day!!!!I woke up at 7.50am, and am usually in work b y 8.15 so had a mad rush and got there at 8.20am!!!A world record I reckon:eek: :eek: :eek:
Weather is horrid here and my washing still out from yesterday:(
Just off out to the carvery for tea with DD as she is off to Ibiza tomoz, lucky moo moo:rolleyes: :rolleyes:
