Good luck Rich, Ive just read the thread. Sounds like it may be a rough ride, but hopefully you will get there in the end. I hope that you will not let it get to you too much, just pass everything on as you are doing and let your representatives deal with it. Life's too short (if only I could remember this all the time) LenThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Thanks Guys I've calmed down and realised they have obviously spoke to there lawyers before giving me my grievance results thats why they are denying everything.
By the sounds of The case management discussion is to discuss witnesses evidence and also I think they may ask me to prove I was ill Just by what I have found on google.
Having a great weekend and trying not to let it get to me, There a massive company and I really cant wait to be able to the say there name, I'm sure a few people on here wouldnt be that surprised.Isn't the knowledge that comes from experience more valuable than the knowledge that doesn't?0 -
Right after me calming down and realising I was in here for the long haul.
They insulted me today by offering a whopping.............
£500!
This doesnt cover the salary I lost over the past few months never mind other expenses....
Stupid stupid company.Isn't the knowledge that comes from experience more valuable than the knowledge that doesn't?0 -
They have now threatened me!
That I will have to pay all there costs in relation to the tribunal I'm on the phone to ACAS just now to see if they can do this.
Anyone know?Isn't the knowledge that comes from experience more valuable than the knowledge that doesn't?0 -
I don't know Rich hun, but they shouldn't be threatening you in any case. How did they threaten you - was it in writing? If it was, and the letter is intimidating, make sure you keep hold of it as evidence.
I don't really know much about these things, but the fact they offered you £500 is surely a sign that they are acknowledging they have acted wrongly?
Hope you get some good advice from ACAS."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Need to go to work now but looks as though that £500 is all I can get I cant even go to court or it would bankrupt me.
