No they have stated to ACAS they think the can win and not willing to move on the settlement.
I have a gagging order with this deal so from when I sign that I cant talk about it granted This is anonoymous but I cant even tell my friends who work for the company.Isn't the knowledge that comes from experience more valuable than the knowledge that doesn't?0 -

Have a think about exactly what they mean by "win", (i.e. force you to knuckle under) and consult someone legal with your evidence.

I just found your thread as Elentan pointed me to it. I hope you manage to get something sorted out soon. It may be worth pointing out that your ex-company is now down at the tribunal as having a complaint made against them (even if the case never went through), to some companies that is bad enough and will make them sit up and take notice.
My OH may be having to go along this line as well and we are not looking forward to it.Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Rich - I know where you are coming from, I recently took my ex employer to a tribunal for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination. They claimed to have 6 witnesses against me (witnesses to what I ask myself). I gave up with my union in the end because they were rubbish and so I employed a solicitor on a no win no fee basis. I had lots of argy bargy from my ex employers solicitors and several final offers before the case was settled out of court.
One thing I have realised is that employers will lie and fabricate evidence. If you feel able to continue with the tribunal then do so, using a no win no fee lawyer. Keep pushing saying that you will go to court and they should start coming up with some reasonable settlement figures. You have to stand your ground with these people otherwise they will continue to treat you as though you are a pushover. If you need any support feel free to PM me.
