the settlement is not the issue its the morals I work for a big company they should know better
breaches of employment laws and also a breach of the disability discrimnation act serious offences the 2nd one has no upper limit. I have evidence, witnesses, and ACAS and my lawyers behind me I can win this but I wonder if it worth it.Isn't the knowledge that comes from experience more valuable than the knowledge that doesn't?0 -

in that case I'd probably go for it. but it depends if you think the emotional turmoil and stress are worth it - sounds as if you feel it is worthwhile but sometimes it's best to just draw a line and move on. Listen Richie darlin, I worked for the NHS for a very long time (still do actually but when I choose as I'm retired and just work on bank now) and, believe me, i know where you're coming from here.
As others say, as long as it doesn't stess you out too much, and you are sure of your position, and also that they cannot get at you now, then yes, go for it and give 'em hell!!
