As far as I am aware the name of the person/s that got involved with Nathan was Janet Peers and Mark Peers (Nathan's boyfriend), I'm not entirely sure if they knew that he was a Scammer. But I'm sure if the police do their job properly they will be interviewed at some point.
I don't think you should be accusing anyone on this forum with the same Christian name to be a guilty party though. I was also able to obtain the basic Trial idetails from Leeds Magistrates also with a simple phonecall (this is public information).

Janete500 - Do you think we should be providing the court with a Printed copy of this forum, the articles published in Free Press Release & Ebay Victims (see attached links), to ensure they this is being investigated properly?
Bearing in mind that they were never willing to issue Crime Reference Numbers to victims (as they though this was a 'small cival case') I am concerned that they may not be soliciting enough evidence (including getting an official statement from Ebay reagrding the hundreds of people ripped off on there, let alone all the people he conned on his interent sites and people he had working for him...

How much do you know about the case and what the police are doing to provide sufficient evidence, do you know which Police force are taking charge of the investigation/case? Thanks

I want to bring it to everyone's attention that I am not nathan's boyfriend at present that relationship ended when he got arrested and it came to light about Xcite and how the company was a front for a huge scam, my family and friends also booked holidays with him and have lost in total 15 grand, which includes my mum that people keep mentioning.

We did not know anything about the Xcite scam, we worked for his current company Prestige Rail, which was also a sham we learnt. We had nothing to do with the Xcite business. My mum and family have been to the police and have been interviewed. We have lost just as much as everyone else, he's where he belong and the police can deal with him now.

Marc, Please can you confirm which Police station you logged this with so I can find out exactly what evidence they think they have on him already? Thanks

I don't know what he's being charged with just know that it's for past crimes, my family and friends went to there local police station but I think Manchester are handling the investigation, so try them. Last I heard he was in leeds and I don't want anything to do with this man so please don't associate me or my family with this person.

probably be a good idea to let police have all info possible......but where to send it? as he is in leeds at present i suppose there is a good a place as any.the court told that there is only one charge against him and that it was`nt the one involving me.i have no idea what this implies. but if they are going to T.I.C. the rest they should know how many "rest " of us there are

also thought you should know i had a letter from nathan today from leeds prison to say how sorry he is and when he gets out he wants to pay back the money he stole.....i can only presume his solicitor has told him to show remorse.needless to say i didnt believe a word of it.

Obviously. At the moment - although probably not for long in this ridiculous country - you can't be prosecuted for crimes you've not yet committed.

Someone must know what he's being done for?

I can't believe that for something as serious as is alleged on here, his trial is being heard in the Mags. It's just not possible. He must be on remand pending Crown Court trial.
