norfolk police originally told me they would charge him with" fraud with intention to permanently deprive" which is more serious than just fraud but what he has actually been charged with in leeds i don`t know.:rolleyes:

I think we have all spoken with Nathan or recevied an email at some time where he has spun us that line! (I even have a recorded phone conversation on my mobile phone) He is not the slightest bit sorry.
The only thing he is sorry about, is how stupid he was for not skipping the country before being caught... He was just a Greedy B*******!

He was charged with 'Attempting Money transfer by deception in 2003', he is due to appear in the Crown Court on 10th November.
And it seems that it has nothing to do with all the FRAUD cases on Ebay, Prestige Rail, Rainbow Horizons, Xcite Travel, Excite Destinations, ShortbreakClearance & LGBT Travel.
I have been speaking to the officer in charge who made it quite clear that by individuals reporting their offences to their local Police stations (not that they would give any of us a Crime Reference Number anyway) that they would not necessarily be centralised and create a case for it, however I will be speaking with him more tomorrow hopefully to find out exactly how much evidence they need to take our cases seriously and ensure that this is latched on to his existing court case..
Please share your experiences on this website, as I will be forwarding this to Leeds for there review so the more individuals that report a crime the bettter. Thanks

well i definately have a crime number my case was passed to CID in norwich as it was too big for the local police to deal with ........i shall be phoning the leeds today as he was in court yesterday will post here with any developements

leeds magisrates confirmed his next appearance will be november 10th at 9.30 at leeds crown court

3 days later, and still the Police Office in charge have not called back to take further evidence in this case!!

Just read this whole thread front to back.

I cant believe what this guy has done! I only hope his prison cellmates also see how bad this is and teach him a lesson

I to was scammed by this guy for £15 along with probably 100's of other people on a website called fitlads.net where he was advertising an Alton towers trip for gay guys, admittedly not for £1000's like some people but the amounts would have mounted up. He was advertising at least 4 or 5 coaches which were all apparently filled. I know of lots of other people that were conned by this guy.
