Did they tell you what he's been charged with?

I see he's been remanded. This is surprising for a possible fraud matter. Unless they think he will skip the country.

I'd skip the country if I'd have pocketed as much money as he has, so this is probably the reason he is in remand. I'll post any more information I find out from his next trial. Cheers

And presumably because he's in custody? Which makes it pretty hard to leave the country.

How did you get the passport information?

And what has he been charged with?

I just rang Leeds Magistrates and they confirmed that his appearance has been deferred until 6th October at Leeds Magistrates where he will be given a Pre-Sentence Report (apparantely this is where they determine the extent of the crime and what sentence would be suited), this could also determine if it should be referred to the Crown Court for a Larger sentence. He is currently Remanded in Custody.

No, a Pre-Sentence report just means he has already been convicted and that they are now just figuring out if there are mitigating circumstances, what sort of sentence is most suitable etc etc. If, for example, he has a mental illness, that would factor into the sentence he gets. It is actually possible he will just get off with Probation.
  • Janete500- how do you know all this info??? i remember when i got my pre-interview questionnare it was off a woman called Janete, just seems slightly ironic that you know so much and she was related to Nathan's boyfriend, (could have been his mum??) If you are that person why are you providing this info to everyone??? As you were part of the scams!!!!! if you are not this person and just being really helpful then thank you very much and good luck.

i am certainly not related to this piece of scum in anyway shape or form!!!!!!!!! the reason i know so much is that i was scammed by this low life and have had the police involved since october 2007.i make it my business to keep up to date with what is happening because the sooner he is sentenced the better.just to keep you up to date yet again.........he has been remanded yet again and will appear again at leeds magistrates on october the 13th.........this i found out by phoning the court this morning and quoting the case number which they kindly gave me so i could keep track!.............see simple.
