I called Leeds Magistrates Court this morning, and they confirmed that his hearing is 10am on 29th September. This hearing is purely to determine his plea - 'Guilty or Not Guilty'.
As mentioned in previous comments from the participants of this Forum, please ensure that you register your complaints/disputes with the Police. Don't be fobbed off like I initially was when I tried to obtain a crime reference number back in April by being told that this is a civil dispute..... It will help now that you can mention that he is already in Remand. We need to make sure that as many of the individual disputes are brought to light so that the authorities fully investigate the extent of this fraud and don't leave any stones unturned.
I'd like to personally thank everyone involved in this Forum, as I am confident that this has played a vital part in his arrest. Let's just hope that for once Justice is done and he gets all he deserves!!!0 -

Dear BRETTCCA -
Let me guess, apart from writing meaningless blogs on Forums (to try & get a laugh), you also play with Lego, still live with your mother, have a Record Breaking collection of Teletubbies and an Imaginary Best Friend called 'Drop Dead Fred'??0 -

first of all, you got my name wrong.
second, i didn't write a blog, i typed a whimsical quip on a public forum - big difference.
thirdly, let me answer your rather confusing assumptions;
yes.
my mother's not around anymore, so the answer [rather unfortunately] is no.
no.

Yes, keep your pointless 'whimiscal quips' to yourself if they don't add any value. This forum is for sharing information and helping others, an obvious objective you don't understand judging from your previous comments.
Clearly your jokes didn't allow you to make it in stand up, so why not practice them on Terry, I'm sure he'll be honest with you!
