No piccies yet, just a plain one but rather tasty as i trim before icing..tis one of the perks!
I have loads of it will do dresses, must hunt one out for tonight..or maybe thermals..

Mm cake trimmings! Yeah it's too cold for this dressing up business, I have to walk to the venue as well as it's too awkward for buses and not spending on a taxi - might have to wear thick tights (will cover up the massive bruise on my leg too, which I've no idea how I got )

I have thick tights somewhere, may save on the shaving of legs as well..need the extra warmth:rotfl: :rotfl:

Well, I decided to go for the normal tights in the end after a lot of faffing about - even had to wash and dry my dress before I went out as I discovered a big mark down the front :rolleyes: Got soaked on the way there after all that, but it was quite a good night. Managed to only spend £7 despite scary hotel drinks prices, although I did nearly lose my foot down a drain walking home to save on a taxi! :eek:

Had a lazy day today, have only ventured as far as nearest corner shop for some bread, been sitting here with all the windows open to get rid of the smell of vinegar from making pickled things yesterday ... doing a bit of knitting as I started a scarf ages ago and we're now getting into scarf weather! Got some 'homework' to do for Spanish class but brain not quite functioning so probably do that tomorrow. And I have my running stuff out ready to go either tonight or tomorrow morning.. eeek...

At least you had a good time. Couldn't believe how much rain there was last night at one point we couldn't see on the way there as there was so much spray on the road..At least i didn't have to drive on the way back as had a few drinkies..very nice they were too...they have some nice friends who buy decent wine..and we obliged by drinking it.

Hmm wine.. that would be nice! Am trying to be alcohol-free during the week, so will try not to think about that too much..:A

Had a couple of really busy days at work - it makes a change but it's been quite stressful (not 'good' challenging sort of stressful, just lots of little annoyances) so not really enjoyed it, but at least it's gone quickly! Missed Spanish class last night as I had a splitting headache, so a bit fed up about that. Feeling a bit restless and lacking in direction at the moment but nothing too unusual there :rolleyes: At least the running is going fairly well - did 5k in 36 mins on Sunday and again in 32 mins tonight. And money isn't too bad if I'm careful over the next couple of weeks till payday - not got much planned so it should be ok!

I have splitting headache at the moment although could be because i have lost my glasses..hmmm.

Well done on the run, and chin up payday is only two days off...

They are at home somewhere....i will find them, can see alright it is just when i do a lot of reading and stuff that i need them. Oh well will have to sleep instead...did i mention have a nice new mattress?:rotfl: :j
