I had a nice bath and just talked the Terrible Twosome in to cooking dinner :T:rotfl: It's for their own good, I want them to be able to cook when they leave home (and I'm lazy and only had them because slavery was abolished!) :A
I decided to go for a long brisk walk today - one of these days I want to be fit enough to run at least a half marathon, before 50 will do, that leaves me 13 years to get fit!:rotfl: - unfortunately I wasn't wearing the best of shoes so now I have the biggest nastiest most painful blisters on the balls of my feet and when I walk I look like a bowlegged sailor!!

I keep losing posts when AOL browser crashes... so I'm on Firefox.
Actually it's photobucket that keeps crashing it, I wanted to show you this picture of my PC desk
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v726/tiamai/jewellery015.jpg
and it kept crashing... think it's trying to tell me something.
Had a list, but did it all and made crispy cakes and helped the kids make thank you cards for teachers and made my brother a pendant with the boys finger prints too. Will fire it later tonight or tomorrow and let it dry out well.
so, still to do...

Hello,
My PC went on the blink and I have been unable to follow pigpens lead so far this week but we did the kitchen yesterday and the bathrooms today.
I have signed up to Auctiva but haven't worked out what to do with it yet. Maybe tomorrow I will get the chance to sit down and read the instructions.
germish, I totally agree with you making your two cook dinner. Mine hav been doing so since they were at secondary school as I wanted them to be able to look after themselves. DS2 (Aspergers) has done less than others but can still manage to make some things.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Only downside of today is having to go back to the dentist in 3 weeks time but heyho you have to grin and bear these things.
It was my mum and dads golden wedding anniversary a couple of weeks ago and as a present for them I got all their old photo albums and sorted them into new albums in age order so it was more like a story of their life. I gave them to them today and my mum announced that she has thousands more photos at home (I thought I had them all because there was already loads!!) so I seem to have somehow offered to do them all again including the ones I missed out!! This will be an ongoing project for quite some time!! Still they were chuffed to bits so it will all be worth it, it was lovely to see them sat together reminiscing about the ones I had done...
Right, before I ramble on anymore I best go and make a cup of tea or something!:j Ellie (Eleanor) Sophie arrived 10 days late on 19th November at 8.21am. 9lbs 1 oz :j0 -
Evening all,
Firefly – welcome. Just think of us (well me at least!) as ducks looking serene and gracefully gliding across the post but underneath, there’s a lot of frantic paddling going on... :rotfl:
Vanilla, I like your FiL’s style
Dusty – sleep sheep – I did it once and I’m an ambling armadillo – it probably didn’t help that the dog was seriously concerned about the sudden baa-ing of sheep coming from the computer...
Bonsi – fantastic news about the Army quarter in Elgin! 93 days is nigh on three months – that’ll give you time to find somewhere more permanent.
I'm in a rush - I'm flying big time for the next three nights what with family coming down for a party at the weekend. This evening I diverted myself away from the living to concentrate on the front room again . That is now in order.
Good news is my curtains are readyI'm hoping to pick them up thursday night so they'll be in place by the time family come down on Saturday. Will do the before and afters.....
Catch y'all later...I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
