My moto is Buy Cheap Buy Twice.
I have the 49cm one of these beauties - Worlds Lightest Collection
A few years and lots of flights later and it's still like new, well worth the investmant if you ask me. :A
If it's the Sub Zero G one you are talking about it is actually over the Ryanair limits.
The 49cm refers to the interior space, the external dimensions are 54cm x 36cm x 20.5cm.0 -
just back from a 5 day trip to Rome and used this one for Ryanair. Fits well within the limits, actually holds loads and was only £12.99. Great buy

It's confusing because some site list the size minus the wheels (like Argos) and some with the wheels (like Luggagehut). Very missleading if you ask me.
The one I have is 49cm in total, has been through the Ryanair test many a time, has got the the point now that they don't even test it any more, must get a lot of them.0 -

It says 56cm, so may be no.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

Link says:
Size H49, W34, D18cm.
Ryanair max dimensions are:
55cm x 40cm x 20cm
so it should be OK as you have 6cm spare for wheels and handle.
If I were you though, I'd actually measure the bag instead of going by what the label says.
When I was looking for a cabin bag, I took my tape measure and very few bags were actually the size they claimed to be.
Remember Ryanair dimensions include wheels & handle.0 -

Yes, sizes quoted are not accurate and some are rounded down, I measured one in a shop it was described as 55cm but was in fact 55.7cm.
Some bags are also curved along the length, so also check this and if you thing it wouldn't go in a square cardboard box checker that doesn't allow for a curved bag, don't buy it.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -

I ended up measuring it and it seems to fit dimensions exactly. the 56cm seems a bit exaggerated. the only thing im worried about now is the ryanair cage test (even though when measured, it fits!)
Does anyone else have this bag? (i see a ton at the airport everytime i go which is why i got it in the first place).0 -

I am also interested if anyone has this bag. Has anyone thought about buying one and taking it to the airport purely to measure it in the metal cases for ryan air? :rotfl:0
