Dumb q, but have you tried changing the light bulbs?

Hi, only just caught up with this thread, sorry for the late reply.
If you ring barrack stores on your camp, and say you need a new bulb they will bring it out to you, if you act a bit thick and girly they will also fit it for you. I have had them change my kitchen strip light and also bathroom ones - funny swirly florescent ceiling thing and shaving strip light.
It wouldnt be MHS as they deal with repairs.

I have nothing but good things to say about MHS - we moved out of our last MQ in Nov, to a private rent, and I have been seriously disappointed with the customer service & level of repairs (and the fact that so many repairs needed to be done on a private rent but thats another story...) MHS in comparison are fantastic!

It can be MHS, I had a problem with a bulb in one of the round lights (the ones often fitted in bathrooms, with a tube bulb - sounds like the 'funny swirly florescent thing'). MHS removed and replaced the bulb 2 weeks ago. Worth phoning just to check......though I do my very best to avoid calling MHS
