You can have kite surfing lessons on the beach at camber sands.

In Rye itself there is a place where you can go and paint a pot and then they send it to your house when its been fired.

everything is there you could need,plenty of entertainment for adults and kids alike.
im hoping to get a cheap holiday there again soon.
have been for the las four years as kids love it.
