Hi another for the list. I purchased tickets with sos ticket master for stevie wonder at O2 and have just found out that I have no chance of receiving them. Am feeling incredibly stupid at the moment but also angry that there seems to be nothing I can do. I purchased them with a visa debit and have been told by the bank that I have no chance of a refund!! To those who have managed to get a refund with a visa debit, could you possibly tell me how you did this? Also does anyone know how to take this any further as I am gutted that these thieves seem to be getting away with it!!

Hi can some one advise me? Today have just realised have been conned by sos masterticket. We were supposed to be seeing madonna this coming weekend. We paid £350.00 for two tickets cant get hold of any one about these tickets. We paid with are visa debit card is there any chance of getting the money back? We are absolutely gutted have bought tickets from internet before no probs. Hotel is booked and paid for with nowhere to go!! We feel so stupid and gutted

I've got my money back refunded by my credit card company. In total £228. Thanks God. :beer:

I bought Lee evans tickets for £150 in June via internet and i don't have them yet and i don't believe they are coming after reading everything about SOS master ticket. Does anybody know how i can go about getting any money back? thanks emily x

Hi, I bought tickets to Cold play for December and my Credit card company say they can do nothing until they get official confirmation that the company has gone into liquidation or the concert date has passed with no tickets received. Is this true? I booked these tickets as a present for friends and I have paid the deposit on a limo. I don't want to wait until the 14th December to find out the worst! Can I get the money back now and try and organise something else in London. Anyone got any good ideas of what we could do for an alternative????

Hi there

I have also made a silly mistake and purchased tickets from these tricksters! I bought the tickets for my mum and me to go for her birthday. Only realising about 4 weeks that I still hadn't received the tickets, although I did chase them a couple of months ago (and rang and them) and they said they would not come until 6 weeks before the event. I am rapidly trying to find some more tickets before now and 6th Dec at a reasonable price.

I bought the tickets on my visa debit card, but have been informed by Visa Disputes at my bank as as the transaction was more than 60 days ago I won't get my money back . Is anybody able to help as to how I may be able to get my money back?
