Well I went down to an F last week despite taking the reading a day early :( DH being at home in the daytime with time on his hands is having a very negative effect on our reads, the sooner he gets himself organised again the better...

Second last in the carbon club if I'm reading the new imeasure info properly :(
  • I've dropped from a B to a D

I think this is because of an upgrade on imeasure though. The tables for weekly, monthly and quartely usage are no longer available.

Trying to work out the new graph in the carbon clubs.

Hmmmmm..... following the above post I've just logged back into my imeasure account

I like the new personal graphs -- but on first glance it looks like we've lost the 'what I've spent' information  Not a huuuuge thing for me as I'm a spreadsheet "geek", and calculate my personal bills that way (rather than depending on imeasure), but it still made interesting reading as they weren't actually that far off my prices ;)

Will miss the weekly / monthly / quarterly figures, as I used them to see how much more work I wanted to do on my electricity (always over the 'per person' averages on this one!)

Oh -- and I'm still showing as a 'C', which was what I got with my last readings on Tuesday :)

It's been ages since I posted on the thread or even took my readings

I'm back on the energy saving wagon (Lord knows I need to be) and read my meters today.

Ages since I've posted too. Partly because there were so many similar threads before Christmas and I couldn't keep up with them all. I have kept up meter readings and imeasure though and it's motivated me to keep on track.

My use is now close to September readings but I don't think I'll get down to August levels until the evenings are a bit warmer. I do feel quite smug that I'm the only six person household if I do gas and elec households and 15/49 with so many single person households at the 'bottom of the league'. Also I went from a C to a B during the cold snap when I was using more energy than any other time.

I dont like the new i-measure look, I want to see my costs and usage the way i did before.

  • Energy consumption is plummeting I like this. Back on a 'B', 19 kg of CO2 don't know

what happened with me getting a 'D' in the middle of the week. 11 / 45 according to

    the graph.

I used 20 kWh of electricity and 5 units / 56.5 kWh of gas.

Based on 3.5p/kWh (38.5 per unit)for gas and 12p/kWh electricity.

    imeasure

    E: £2.40
    G: £1.93
    T: £4.33

    SP Prices

    E: £3.84
    G: £2.93
    T: £6.77

    Last week I used:

3 cubic metres of gas (conversion to kwh now missing from 'improved' imeasure site - so unless we all use the same one, we'll get differing results)

    18 kwh of electricity.

A rating in the carbon club, 17kg of carbon emitted.

Not too impressed with imeasure at the moment.

Well the new system doesn't seem to work too well! Have gone down to a B rating (from a C) despite using a little MORE gas and elec this week. Will give it a try for a couple of weeks but unless things improve may well stop bothering with it
