You just click on the work 'private' which appears where the number of feedback comments would normally appear.
So you can! :o That's much easier.

They need to be hosted somewhere (e.g. photobucket, imageshack, etc) then just use the 'insert image' icon (insertimage.gif) available in the toolbar when replying

    95% good on ebay

Admittedly some scores have dropped so that 100% is no longer the norm, but 95% is diabolical.

    Nonsense.

    Real world time.

You're never going to please everyone.

Keeping 95% of your customers sweet is good.

    But is 50%?!

Based on the last month they had total feedback of 180 (90 positive + 9 neutral + 81 negative) which gives them a postive feedback score of 50%.

Also as I have said previously, based on looking at the feedback comments before they made them private the postive comments were mainly for 1 pence (giveaway) patio furniture covers, whereas the negative comments were for the non-delivery of patio furniture (presumably bought to go under the covers! :p ) costing hundreds of pounds.

This isn't the real world though, this is ebay and yes 95% is truly appalling for a large volume seller.

    New feedback rules in action...

When every other customer who expresses their opinion is either unimpressed or completely hacked off, that's the time to shut up shop
(which is just what this guy appears to have done!)

  • Having never posted to a forum before excuse me if this is wrong... I ordered from these guys last week before seeing this thread (obviously!) and have been trying to get hold of them to change part of my order.... they are constantly engaged.

Having read this i'm now really worried it will never arrive - but the Credit Card Company says not to worry for a couple of weeks and they can take the money back anyway.... surely their credit merchant (bank or whatever) would just take their facility away if they kept screwing everyone?

If anyone's interested i'll let you know what happens.
