Lil-me.. thanks.. I think my mother has some crutches in the back of her car actually.. the only reason I don't nick them is the RSI in my wrist probably couldn't cpe.. and how would I push the buggy?

I have the most persistent itch on my breast.. there is no sign of a bite or anything else but it is driving me crazy.. if I could reach.. I'd lick it! lol

    Bringing in what is dry
    Folding dry laundry
    Emptying TD's
    Folding dry contents of TD's

Lil_me - sorry skimmed the posts other day and missed your reply about the live food.. we struggle to get them in the pet shop locally too they are always sold out and they charge 40p a locust! But we buy them off ebay and can get 12 for £3.24 including postage! So much cheaper and as they come in a plastic tub then in a big box and all sealed its better for me as in local pet shop they just drop them in a clear plazzy bag and seal with some cellotape like you would a goldfish!! Too close for comfort for me.. and you get some funny looks walkin down the street with them

Carp day.. having talks about whether OH will be leaving or staying - just had blazing row on the phone. Luckily my mum has took sarah for a few hours... got on with some my list.. not adding fridays as the nursery is tidy, clean and sorted and we dont have a spare room anymore. Johanne - big hugs for you, sounds like you need it.
Bonsi - fingers crossed for the Scotland house
Dusty - I got lots done in the HHC but I didn't have time to post before I went for DS1. WM emptied and re-filled. TD on (lazy I know). Tidied upstairs, s&s bathroom and loo, bins emptied, hoovered downstairs, and made a start on sorting the pantry cupboard so I can put this mornings shopping away. Thanks for the offer of the barkeepers friend - at £4 is it cheaper to buy some than post it?
Lil-me - thanks for the suggestion, and for the advice on the copper bath. I do hate wasting money.
Mudbath - I always leave revising to the last minute so believe me I sympathise. You just have to go with what works for you.
Pigpen - serves him right, he should sort it for himself. We offered to do the same with the bank account for SS1 but he can't be bothered to bring his passport!

No laughing please, and sorry if TMI, but DS2 has just done his first poo on the potty! He has insisted on a nappy for solids to date, but with six weeks to go till he starts school things have to change. :j :j :j

I have also ordered the school uniform from M&S on 3 for 2 plus a £10 off voucher, so both sorted for £34.

and I have finally registered on Facebook (Alison Hex) - thanks Nicki for adding me to MS Oldstyle. Is there an idiots guide anywhere? I think I am too old for this! I only know two other people who use it, and one of those is my 8 years younger sister who hasn't accepted me as a friend!!!!!

DS1 has scraped his arm at school and is using it as an excuse not to go swimming, so I am going to sort the pantry out now. Probably. Is it gin o'clock yet? Come on, it is Friday :o

    Level One

    [/STRIKE]

    Extras

    1. Find something to freecycle.. you could even fill a box of junk to car boot ;)
    2. Find something to ebay - don't do ebay
    3. Find something to send to charity shop
    4. Find something to give to someone you know - will return books I've borrowed from friend
    5. Get rid of them then!!! lol - have got a pile of stuff to take to charity shop and recycling. I spend a lot of time taking stuff for recycling it seems
    6. [STRIKE]Buy card and present for birthday party [/STRIKE]
    7. [STRIKE]
    8. help eldest DS pack for scout camp
    9. [/STRIKE]
Will make Monday a getting rid of stuff day I think.

Am going to make dinner in a minute, take eldest to scout camp and then go and pick youngest up from football training.

Then I am going to have a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge glass of Pimms and Lemonade and sit on the sofa with my magazines so they can go out for recycling next week! Making the most of the last few days before OH comes home from his fishing trip on Tuesday. Have only missed out 4 things all week so it wasn't a bad effort all in all, especially as I have felt like grot for most of it.

Take care y'all and have a good weekend
    xx

    Evening all

Johanne - big hugs love, just don't burn bridges....

Dishwashers? I too would recommend a Bosch. It's one of the most liberating kitchen machines. Plus it's marvellous for hiding the dirty washing - just put it in the 'magic cupboard' and no-one can see it. I don't use the tablets, I use the loose powder and find it more economical because you can get away with using slightly less. I also stock pile when they are on bogoffs.

    I agree - it's always gin o'clock

Ooopsss door bell just rang - it's my hairdresser come to do my highlights - I thought he was coming tomorrow - never mind - catch you later
