Mudbath a hug and a squish for your Dad, that must be worrying for him, fingers crossed it's easily sorted.
Soappie ((hugs)) bet it's shook you up a bit, some people do worry me when it comes to driving, thankfully you are ok!
germish hope your DS is ok, as Dusty said he'll probably be telling everyone and pleased he's done it in a silly boy sort of way, until it gets itchy!
bonsibabe sorry but I'd be constantly on them aswell, they will realise how much you need it eventually.
boddy bunnies are lovely, I remember a local fast food takeaway had a baby resident, it was titchy, the staff were feeding it etc and trying to keep it hush until it was a grown up rabbit incase the bosses found out :D my sons named him cottonbum (I was explaining the name 'cottontail' and DS2 got muddled up) we had to call in to see if he was there even if we weren't going in.

Well the boys were not as bad as I was dreading, went ok. DS1s a little upset as his favourite helper told him at the end of the session that it's his last night as he's graduating next week. DS1s face dropped, his face always lights up when he sees him, he's managed to gain DS1s trust which is difficult and he's really going to miss him.

Right time for an hours studying then bed I think **yawns** DP eventually gone to work, thought he was never going to naff off, bloomin' football! Oh and I did terribly bad on my last assignment :o DP actually did better than me by guessing which was fluffing annoying! On average I will still pass so far but a bit annoying all the same.
One day I might be more organised...........

DH has just made me laugh something awful. He has to de-kit (hand all his army carp back to them) and apparently has to do this before we leave. Ha ha - it's all packed in a couple of boxes in the garage and a couple of boxes in the attic. So DH said to me hey they can wait till i'm good and bloody ready before i give it back! But wherever we go, elgin or inverness, we can take it to fort george in inverness, and they can get it back when we are settled in. I'll teach these beggars not to mess with my family!!!!

germish - glad the little one is okay, and that your mind is at ease now that he is home. i remember when DD1 split her chin open, DH took her to the hospital and i was frantic till she came home. When she came back, complete with chin all glued back together and the biggest plaster you ever saw on her face, she was all chuffed cos she almost woke the whole hospital with her screaming!

Right am off to put the bin out and the recycling bags. See you all tomorrow - hoping to have some good news for you all as well.

Have a good night everyone xxx

Apparently there were plenty of scouts with broken bits in A&E tonight....from different groups, but it does make you wonder what they were doing tonight.

Hope everyone is having a nice evening in spite of all the carp going on in most of your lives.
I don't know how half of you cope, I do admire you, as you see I crumble with the slightest hiccup. I'm a poor excuse for a grown up....

Bonsi - thtere is nothing little about either of my DS's, they stand a good 5'6" above g
ground and come in at about 8st

I'm glad your DS2 is back home and you can set your mind at rest. These things are sent to try us. Now mine are a bit older, I am not having to take the regular school holiday excursion to A&E (touches wood!!)

I remember when DS1 was six and he was making a treehouse with his friend.
His friend dropped a metal table leg out of the tree which wacked DS1 squarely on the forehead.

He came running in with the biggest bump I have ever seen (like a great big purple egg) I tried to keep him calm while I made arrangments to get him up to A&E (it's just a teeny bit swollen darling etc). Meanwhile his Dad walks in and shouts "oh my God look at the size of the bump on his head!!!" - not the most tactful thing to say.

I whisked him of to A&E complete with vacuum packed frozen steak on his bonce. Thankfully there was no underlying damage and the steak defrosted in time for tea :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Germish - glad he's home. Does he have to go back tomorrow for another xray? Has he decided what colour to go for. I went through pink, red, green and ended up with purple to go with an outfit I was going to wear for a night out. I do not miss those plasters!!!

    Thanks lil_me xx

Lots of hugs needed today it seems, so, a huge squishy hug :grouphug:for johanne, bonsi, germish and her DS (I don't care if it embarrasses him, he gets one anyway!), mudbath and her Dad, lil_me and soappie. And everyone else that I've managed to forget and who aren't on the last page so I can check.:o

I had time on the alloment, and although it was too hot and windy to plant stuff out without it being frizzled by evening, I did clear the broad beans so it's clear to plant out the autumn and winter cabbages, and also added four barrows of compost to the other bed I've cleared ready for planting. Large trug of yummy things and a bunch of sweet peas as well to bring home.

I went downtown this afternoon, but DD had two friends with her, so I left her to do the shopping with them. I exchanged the euros, and got a £10 voucher for M&S as well, which I shall probabaly spend on some clothes to take. I tried some on and actually the shorts didn't look so appalling that people would run screaming from the streets, so I may buy them. I came over all indecisive, and really could have done with DD. She doesn't do tactful, but if she says it looks good, then I know I've made the right choice! I'll have to go back.

I had to do some watering at a friend's house this evening - he has enough plants to stock a small nursery, and we look after each other's gardens during holidays.

I also cleaned the bathroom to Level 3, so feel it's been quite a productive day.

Taurus - what are you reading?!! I've noticed you're missing!

Confused Newbie Hope your grandad is ok
johanne ((hugs)) hope it is not as bad as you think
Germishe_se kids! :D I am about to start a beginners German Course watch out I might be asking you for help.

As I said not much flying. I think my main problem is clutter. Perhaps I should tackle that first.:rotfl:
