bonsibabe, complain and complain again but of course you are already making provisions for if the complaints aren't heard until it's too late. I think it's shocking that these guys go out there to serve their country and get pooped on from a great height. I'm afraid I am nowhere near the Cotswolds or Scotland but if we can do anything to help please let us know.

Well yesterday was catch up on sleep day inc early to bed, did 4 laundry loads and have done another 2 so far this morning, one more and I think we're done (next time I'm doing a load before we go as had to dash about doing uniforms when we got back) We've not really planned many breaks yet AnW'sMum, the only one we have planned is a weekend in Teeside at DPs next outdoor event (We're setting up Friday, he's going to work Friday and I'll be coming back for children/dogs and staying there then he'll come down on the Saturday) We can't plan much else as we've had 2 letters over the last few days to say DSs will need to attend OT and SALT groups over the hols, so will have to wait to see what dates they come through for first. I don't want to miss out on being able to go away too much but also don't want them to miss out on these therapy groups as it's a nightmare just getting a referal nevermind a place!!!

Right, got to go pick up DPs quad parts then back to do some studying, TTFN everyone, hope you all have a good day.
One day I might be more organised...........

    Morning all

DS3 back at school and seems to be on the mend (thanks for asking Denise)
Invigilated my exam so just having a cuppa.

Bonsi sorry to hear your update, it must be very upsetting especially as you have to deal with hubbies emotions too. I have no practical advise to offer but hope the process goes as smooth as possible.

There was an ambulance outside my next door neighbours house this morning for a long time - still there when I went to school - there are now several cars outside. The elderly couple really keep themselves to themselves but I have an awful feeling that somebody has passed away.

I am going to tidy the kitchen and wash up, put washing on the line and then start on my list.

Bonsibabe - I think I'd be tempted to phone the First Minister before the Scottish Parliament goes into recess. It's a digusting way to be treated!

I'm going to have a lazy-ish morning, catching up with some tv viewing and making lists for the move :D

    Morning all,
Since having my beatiful baby girl Elizabeth Grace 10 weeks ago my house has turned into a dumping ground.
Having slowly gotten back into the moneysaving mind over the past week now is the time to sort out the mess of the house.
So i'm back and i will sort this lot out! (hopefully)

Hubby has just pointed out that HE DID NOT EAT THE CAT :rotfl:

Just as well - cats, they're all gristle ;)

    Morning all

Lovely day and as they're forecasting rain for tomorrow I've swapped my days round and changed my bedding today. So I dusted and vacuumed all the bedrooms and vacuumed the landing and toilet/bathroom floors.

Had my hair cut and then vacuumed right through downstairs.

Remade bed with clean stuff. Got three loads out on the line and it's drying well.

Got the vets again tomorrow, think of me in the rain tomorrow morning trying to get a wee sample from the dog. Took me three goes last week and it ended up the smallest sample in the world :D

Hi ladies - Hope everyone is well!

I have not been around for a while - things are tough, busy, and stressful all at the same time. I'm still flying but have not been keeping up with the thread. I hope everyone is doing well and just wanted to say - I haven't forgotten about you and will re-join you soon.

Perhaps DD1 can make the flapjack and sausage rolls. It'll depend what kind of mood she's in when she gets in!!
    DS can water the veggies

    I'm loving delegation...now what can DD3 do???
