I know I'm probably clutching at straws here but has anyone actually received a wii fit from Zavvidirect? I ordered a few weeks ago and like everyone else I was told they were receiving them on the 20th and they would be dispatched that day so expect within 4-5 days -one of the other forums that mentions this situation has a post which seems to indicate that they will be fulfilling orders (which does seem unlikely given the number of people who have received the same email).

I received the email on the 17th of June coincidently the same day the cash was taken from my account. The email said wii fits would be in on 20th and to wait 4 or 5 days for delivery. I suspect once the money is in thier account an automated email is sent to us. However I am waiting but bombarding them with emails before fighting for the refund!!

Hi Guys, I ordered a Wii Fit on 11th June from Zavvi Direct.co.uk I have recieved a letter in the post regarding late delivery and appologies for this!!!!

Will be with me 4-5 days after 20th June!!!!

I think I will give them benefit of the doubt (a bit naive maybe) until Friday - if nothing received I will try to get a refund - here's hoping this is not a scam!!

I have called, emailled no answer no surprise!! I'm just glad we're all flush with cash and the country is not in an ecomonic meltdown or we would all be really p*****d off!!

I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but with no reply to emails or confirmation that our goods have been dispatched. I just can't.

I also ordered a wii fit from zavvidirect on 13.6.08 believing them to be part of zavvi.

I received an email from protx confirming the payment had been taken but I have received nothing from zavvidirect. When the money was taken from my account I tried going to the website to check if it had been dispatched and found the page had been removed. I phoned protx who advised me zavvidirect were a genuine company but had been ordered to rebrand. I spoke to them again in the last few days and they still seem to be under the impression they are genuine.

I have sent an email to zavvidirect and received no reply, when I have tried phoning the line is constantly engaged.

I ordered mine on 10th June. Had a call last week to say that the item was coming into stock on 20th June with 4 - 5 days for delivery. I hope I get it as with all those that have not managed to get a refund. Will post a message in any case.

I like the rest of you ordered in good faith, was given the "out of stock" but will be delivered 4-5 working days after the 20th, although I have received several emails and letters from Zavvi-Direct, I was advised by my bank (Natwest) that this company is a fraudulent company, unfortunately they will not/cannot refund my money so I have registered it with local Police (hampshire) under ref 44080276115. I have also emailed all the Zavvi Direct email addresses and protx to get my refund.

Shame as was looking forward to receiving it, has anyone got their wii fit (unlikely it seems ) or refund yet?
