Online Scam Website Wii Fit (zavvi impersonation)

I've just checked my credit card bill and there is a transaction which I don't recognise for £293 from Zavvidirect.com on it, hence googling and finding this thread. Unlike the other posters though, we haven't purchased anything for this amount or bought a wii fit from anyone so it seems my card has been used fraudulently as well as with a dodgy company.
I've told the credit card company who have cancelled my card, but they wouldn't confirm I would definitely not be liable for this payment.
I'm just concerned reading the other posts, that I might have to pay for it. Does anyone know if I should be worried or not?

I ordered a wii fit from these then realised it wasnt zavvi. I then called the company that dealt with the transaction to ask them to call the seller as i wanted a refund and within minutes I had a missed call and an email saying a refund would be sent. I got the refund too

If you don't mind me asking when was this and how long did it take for the refund to come through?

Waiting over a week still no refund

I have now asked twice for a refund but all that I have received is an email saying it has been passed to the accounts dept. Will try again.

transaction also showing as www.zavvidirect.com on my card statement. i have emailed them twice regarding a refund and am still yet to receive a reply. pretty sure the good nor the money will show up. however i do hope i am proved wrong.

I placed the order on 06/06 and got the refund through on 09/06.
