Thanks,
So do I put the car on my form, or should he just put it on his? This is so confusing lol. Sorry to be a pain
MarsteMe before I found this forum
And me after going through BR with everyone's help :j0 -
i would only put it on his as he owns it but there is a part which asks do you have access to a car you do not own. i put my company car in this part, it is section 3.9 on your form - Do you have the use of a motor vehicle you do not own?, If yes provide the details...etc etc..
So i think put that you dont own it but have access to it...

Ok Dave,
Thanks very much, gonna look at how to do an SOA now, and see what I'm allowed and what I'm not allowed to put down. Do you know where I can find this out please? That's my last question for now!

Good luck for the 27th Dave. One bit of advice I got from here was to only speak when spoken to and only tell them what they ask you, I had that wrote on a piece of paper in front of me because I have a really bad habit of starting to gab on and I open my mouth and my brains fly out, so for the first time in my life I actually kept quiet!!! lol0

I got some info from the HMRC website. Not exact but it may give you some info on the levels that are acceptable..once you have completed the SOA part for income expenditure why not set up your own thread and we'll take a look for you...the more people see it the better for you.

May be a start. They are only guidelines not 100% guaranteed.
Also if you want to put the SOA calculator on your post its located here

Look forward to seeing that later.

Good evening all.
Just a quick update tonight. Not much to tell really. I've got my OR telephone interview tm morning at 10am!!  .
Think i've got everything for them. Basically have my SOA from BR day and paperwork with all details of DCA and creditors.
I dont have any of the statements as such as most have been with the agencies for over a year, I guess if the OR needs anything they can get it direct from them.
on a better note i got a letter from Barclays this morning to confirm they had recieved the BR notice from the OR and confirmed they had no interest in my account and i can continue to use it and bank with them as normal.
i must confess to being bad tonight and going on a shopping spree...havnt been and bought any new clothes for well over a year probably 2 now so i went and spent £150 on new gear tonight!! (i know i'm bad before u all tell me!!:D ).
If anyone has any suggestions for tm mornings interview please feel free to let me know!
Cheers:beer:

OMG £150....on clothes!!....have you got a `hot` date or something!!!!!!
Good luck Sweetie tomorrow....no waffling & when long silent pauses happen....just keep your `trap` shut !
Seriously I bet the OR will be so busy that they will want to get on with their heavy workload asap.
