    :D Good morning all.

Firstly just want to say a big big thank you to all who have sent me good wishes for today! :T

I had telephone call bang on 10am..Nice lady called Kerry. She first asked me to detail in my own words why i think i had gone bankrupt..so i waffled on just a bit this time but was more to the point than i normall are! :D

Interview only lasted till 10.30am so i must not have talked anywhere near as much as i normally do..either that or she couldnt understand my accent and was just aggreeing to everything i said!

Then went through my forms from court to check everything was correct on the forms etc. She didnt ask for any paperwork to support the form other than my charging orders agaisnt the old property and also my pension details.

Other than that fairly straight forward. Read through my SOA, most was accepted on the phone except emergeny fund and birthdays/christmas amounts which is expected anyway..I will see what is sent back to me in the next few days/week regarding the IPA, i know i am going to have to pay into one so just waiting to see how much.

The only major prob/query i have is that they have already sent a letter to the LL to inform him of the BR etc and to confirm my tenancy aggreement..i know he cant kick me out anyway as have paid uptil oct 08 so there is no risk to him but i wish they hadnt contacted him:mad:

Other than that everything was ok with interview and i have now survived it..feel relieved but stressed still regarding the LL situation..ah well suppose cant change anything about that now..What ever will be will be!:D

See you all later..I'd better go and do some work today now!:rotfl:

  • Great news. I had a 5 minute cal from my OR on Wednesday 25th day of my BR.she said she was awaiting paperwork and would notify me of time of interview if this was required or if not required! Still heard nothing, received my confirmation of BR in post on thursday.Has anyone else not had an interview? I am currently unemployed but have an interview on monday.Looking at putting house up for auction for a 'quick sell ' as payments are excessive.icon8.gif
