    Glad you survived it. Hopefully you won't have any problems with your LL. If he queries it you can say you are debt free so rent will be paid without any problems as you have no other debts to worry about.

    Thanks TF..Yep thats exactly what im going to say..he has no risk at the moment as already paid but in future i can pay him perfectly well so hopefully he'll be fine..TBH he seems like a genuine guy when i've seen and spoke to him. He even rang me while working in California the day i moved in to introduce himself and t o make sure everything was ok with the house..

    So Fingers crossed on that..

    Hi Dave,

    I'm really glad you've come through your OR interview ok.

    Shame your LL was contacted, but as you say, you are paid up rent wise until October, as long as you are a model tenant, there's no reason why your LL shouldn't keep you on :)
