So pleased it went well for you Dave! Don't worry too much about the landlord. Just write him/her a note. We mailed ours last night and they could not have been kinder or more supportive. Have a very lovely, very relieved and relaxed weekend.

Hi Dave,
Glad it all went well... no point worrying about LL now as sounds like the OR has written to them anyway. Will the OR allow you to start saving towards the next 6 months rent? Then you can offer the LL another 6 mths in advance...just a thought.
Enjoy your drink!

Hi Dave,
Really glad it all went well for you!!! You're threads are amazing and it's just remarkable to see how far you have come.
Congrats on a fresh start and Im sure your LL will be fine- you've just reminded me I should check and see if my OR has done that to me too-Just recently been asked by Letting agency if we wanted to stay here and bartered with them regarding rent increase as LL needed to replace windows and bathroom (eeeughhh, it's horrid- denim blue suite!!??!!) So am still waiting on new contract and stressing as they sure are taking some time getting here!!!
I'm sure you'll be just peachy sweets:D

Hi Dave
I've been keeping an eye on your thread, since my last post.
I'm glad everything has gone as well as to be expected with BR and OR, I'm sure LL won't be too concerned as your already paid up till Oct and sound like a model tennent.
I'm presuming you now wait for payment pay( sorry no idea), hope its reasonable and look forward to you posting to inform forum you've been discharged( think that the term I've see banded arounded? ) This period will soon pass and BR will be completely behind you.
Good Luck
