Help! I am in turmoil. I have found a site that is having a bit of a sale on the Laura Ashley range which is fab. I already have the 12x12 traditional papers and a sample set of the 6x6 papers. However this site has the 12x12 album for £9.99(traditional), and the 8x8 album for £6.99(contemporary). Trouble is I really want the 8x8 album but that means buying the 8x8 papers in contemporary. Then they have both sets of ribbon for 99p each, and the chipboard box is £5.50, I have wanted that for ages, (I think that is contemporary too). Can I really justify buying everything??????? Plus they have a fabulous kit to make a bunch of flowers thing in a pot for £5.99 that I want too!!! AAAAAAHHHHHH. What to do? OH moans that I have too much already, plus I wanted to order some more card making stuff, plus my Mum is coming up next week with my craft stuff that I had sent to her house, (there is loads).
Anyway the link for the sale is here: http://www.alteredelement.co.uk/epages/es108190.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/es108190_es119921283844/Categories/Clearance

and here is the link for the bloom-in-a-bag kit if anyone is interested: http://www.alteredelement.co.uk/epages/es108190.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/es108190_es119921283844/Products/15007/SubProducts/15007-0005
by the way their postage is really reasonable.

. Have you had a go a maze books they are really easy to make out of a sheet of 12 x 12 card and make great gifts. I will try to find out how to upload a layout or two for you to look at as well.
I'm rushing to work - slowly!- so haven't read the whole thread properly, but did Mrs Bones ever mention what a maze book was? i have lots of 12 x12 paper as i 'scrapped' most of the kids baby photos and wanted to try something new...sorry if it is mentioned and i missed it...trying to fend off the baby while drinking coffee/typing/and getting ready....

and keep up with the photos..I LOVE looking at other peoples layouts.

Hi. I have done some of the maze books. Think it is great if you have a few matching papers and you want a little gift for someone. Really handy for Christmas etc.

Can anyone recomment a cheap place to get a small scrapbook ? The shop we've got in town is limited and most of the scrapbooks come in 'kits' - I just want a small one I can put together for my grandson for this Christmas....sort of memory book for him of his first year.

Mary try the Pound shops, Savers or The Works. I got small ones for my GD in the Pound shop but it was last year so don't know if they still do them. Sometimes Tescos have scrapping stuff so worth a look in there also.

    Hi everyone

I'm new to scrapbooking but not to card making (but trying to improve) and have just stocked up on stuff for the summer :) When OH and I come back from holiday I'll make an order with dscolourlabs and then it'll be time to get going, cannot wait!
