Hello everyone :hello: Wow! I never knew there was a scrapbooking thread on MSE! I normally visit the Boots and general Grabbit threads. I just googled something that I wanted to buy and just happened to click here.......

binkyboo, I can recomend www.dscolourlabs.co.uk/ for you digi scrapbook printing (I'm a member on UKS and it was originally recommended to my by several people).
The prints were 60p for a 12x12. But postage is £3.00. So worth doing a bulk order. They arrived extremely well packaged ~ in a photo bag, sandwiched in corrugated plastic and finally in a cardboard box!

They were a good quality print and delivered very quickly.

These codes are also listed on their web site

    Codes for option 2 & 3 only.
    20 Free 6x4 Glossy Prints
    voucher code- 6x4freeprints720
    20 Free 7x5 Glossy Prints
    voucher code- 7x5freeprints720

Thanks for that scrappy mad i haven't had time lately but once i get some more pages done i will get them printed from there as that is the best price by far i have found even with the postage. Don't know if anyone has a paper mill near them but in my nearest they had paperania scrapbook sets full of chipboards and stickers and papers for 14.99 reduced from 24.99 and it said they had £50 worth of stuff in them i had a look inside one and there was loads of nice stuff.

This is probably a bit of a long shot but does anyone know where I can get spiderman scrapbook paper from? I've found it in a couple of online shops and eBay but postage is either really high (£1.99 for 1 x 75p sheet  ) or I need to order lots of sheets of paper. Thanks, :D

    I found these Rainmac, £3 postage though:http://www.lainesworld.co.uk/Merchant5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=SLMSMTP1&Store_Code=L&search=spiderman&offset=0&filter_cat=&PowerSearch_Begin_Only=&sort=&range_low=&range_high=
This place has only one sheet of spiderman web paper, 35p http://www.paperworkscardcraft.co.uk/acatalog/Sale_card_and_paper.html postage is £2.95, free over £30, a few k&co paper packs also in their sale. (Scroll down nearly to the bottom to find the spiderman). Thats all I can find so far, but I'll report back if I find anything else!

I'm thinking about doing a page on my son's school report. I have everything I need except lettering. Was going to do it on my printer but fancied having a background as if it was written on lined paper. Does anyone know how I do this in word or MS publisher?

Back again - had a brain wave almost as soon as I posted my last comment and created one column wide tables in word and inserted text in them for lines.

Page finished. Happier with it than I have been with my other efforts but still feel like something is missing. What do you think?
