What's your blog URL?
Quiksave that is an excellent idea. Look forward to seeing the finished product.
I did do some crafting last night. I made good progress on planning my next BY2010 page. I'm doing a double layout.
Tonight I want to plan the journalling for it. And play with my crop-a-dile big bite
Do any of you make your own paper flowers? I use them a lot and usually buy them. But wondered if it might be more MSE to make my own?0 -
If you click on MrsBS's username (Left side panel) you can get her home page details, that is her blog. I'm a follower of hers now too.
I haven't been making my own flowers either, I've been buying them too but there are probably instructions on the web on how to make them. I think some people use die cut flowers.I don't want to make money, I just want to be wonderfulMarilyn Monroe0 -

Good afternoon all. What a load of snow we`ve had, so it`s bit of a crafty day for me today, he he. So I managed to finish off another page for my scrapbook this morning and plonked it onto my blog, along with the name of a great blog I came across and have used their sketch for my layout.
I sometimes make my own flowers for my cards, I diecut a flower, then I use an embossing tool (the larger the tool ball, the better, i`ve found anyway) and press the embossing tool onto the petal, then gentle roll it around the petal until it concaves (hope this makes sense), turn the flower over and then press into the middle so the petals `spring up`.
Hope this makes sense as i`m useless at giving instructions.Grocery Challenge 2010 £400 each month

MrsBsBlog - yes I see what you mean about the flower making. I don't have a flower punch, but might get one and give it a go. I look out for something at the craft show.
Looked at your blog MrsBsBlog, I love the one of Mackso cute.

Thanks for all the lovely comments. I`m really getting into the scrapping bug again at the moment, as well as my cardmaking and trying to keep up with the allotment as well, it`s getting harder to fit everything in. So much to do, so little time and it`s half term next week, so got to keep the squirts occupied, which is always fun.
Can I ask a quick question or two? What camera do you use at the moment and do you print of your own photos, go on-line or use the machines you see in boots/tescos. I`m using a little Olympus fe-330 digital. I`m not that great at taking pictures most of the time anyway, but I just don`t seem to get great pictures. I also use photobox, they are great for quick delivery. I loved my old manual olympus 35mm, before it died on me, a few years ago and you could just aim, click and it would take great photos.Grocery Challenge 2010 £400 each month
