    All my money on account had gone this morning too but I just had another look and it's all back again now.........cant decide if I should use it quick before they change their minds again or wait for the rest to be applied and get something better!lol
    Just become FTBs & Aiming to be mortgage free by 2034 :wink:

    Our money/change all disappeared this morning as well but I was at work and could not post to say so, as the system won't let me post at work any more (strange as it used to).

    It is back now though. Most disconcerting that it comes and goes like that.

    My DD and I each received our prize orders today, so hopefully they are getting them out now.

    I'd just decided to use them just incase, signed back in and it's gone again.....next time i see it there I'm gonna use it straight away and hope for the best!

    I received my outstanding orders today. I now have all the prizes I won and have spent my vouchers.

    Hope the rest of the winners receive their orders/vouchers soon.

    I got another order today but am still missing 2 which apparently were posted out BEFORE this one was. I still have some vouchers missing & some still to use. Has anyone got an email address which actually gets a reply from?

    Hi princessmoneysaver - I expect you have tried the email address in the 'your order has been shipped' email that is sent once the order has been despatched:
