Some people seem to have had their account credited and others are still waiting - I think maybe they have so many to work through they have not done them all yet. Of course, the competition continues until 17th July and people must be continually winning vouchers each day, so adding them to people's accounts must be an ongoing process.
Hope you get yours soon - the other day the amounts were being added but then were being taken back off by VV so often, it was hard to keep up

I hope so. I've been really impressed with the stuff I've received so far. I've only opened one item, and it was lovely. Everything's so beautifully packaged - the rest has already been wrapped and gone in the loft for Christmas!0

I'm still having problems getting my order.
I won about 4 £10 vouchers and 1 £7.50 and ordered in the first batch - this was supposedly shipped on 26th June but I have never received it and I assumed this was because of the mess up.
So I waited and when I checked my account there was £45 in it so I re-ordered and today I got this email:

However, it appears that you have overspent on your Credit on Account. We can see that you were entitled to £55 to spend on orders, but £21.50 has been used against a previous order: EC...... and £44.95 on your recent order: ...... making the total spend £66.45.
If you would like to proceed with this order, then we would ask you to pay the difference of £11.45 by contacting me direct on 01243 812608. Alternatively, we can delete this order from the system to enable you to re-order at a lower value.

This is really getting me fed up now - I seem to be being messed around by them and am losing total faith in the company!!!
I am not sure how to proceed now, I've emailed them telling them I didn't get the first order but have heard nothing back. Looks like I am going to lose out on my legitimately won prizes because of that code being posted and everyone jumping on it who hadn't won!!0 -
Finally got credited for the £5 that I won officially.No signature here. Move along please.0

I ordered a necklace with my voucher win (the appalling postage charge was more than the necklace!) and was horrified by the amount of packaging that was used to send it..a big box, plastic fillers, a heavy plastic bag, tissue paper and finally the necklace! It could have been sent for under a pound in a padded envelope!
I sent them a letter outlining my horror and environmental concern and the reply was basically along the lines of "we'll look into reducing the packaging if it is good for our business!"
Needless to say, I don't plan to ever buy anything from them, nor will I recommend them!!! :rolleyes:0 -
I am really annoyed with Virgin Vie - i won a £10 voucher and redeemed it against a set of eyeshadows - and paid the extra by debit card. I got an e mail to let me know the order had been despatched - along with my order number. Nothing arrived so i Emailed them to ask where the eyeshadows were. I then recieved a reply off customer services stating
"Thank you for contacting us concerning this matter. We can confirm this
order was cancelled and any payment you made refeunded to your card, as
we have had a number of fraudulent uses of these voucher codes which has
led us to have to cancel off a large amount of cash on account, and this
may have unfortunately affected your account."
To say I was annoyed was an understatement - I genuinely entered the comp and won - i e mailed them back and told them that I had found the whole debacle a disappointing experience and I would be highly unlikely to get anything from them again!:mad:0 -
Right - I have checked my "account" and I had £15.00 cash on account - i have re-ordered the eyeshadows and didn't have to pay any extra. i will now wait and see if they arrive!

I'm lucky in that I've received a number of prizes already, but I guess now it's possible/probable that I won't receive the rest.
But for those who have received nothing - that's very annoyingg.0
