this morning i had 12.50 on account,was waiting for my other winnings to be credited before ordering. just checked and i now have no cash in account! anybody elses gone?

:eek: Yes! it was only £5 in mine and I hadn't used it cos it wasn't enough to buy anything without paying something towards it but it has gone!! thank goodness I used hubby's the other day and have had a despatch email!

Yup, my £10 voucher has gone too. Still waiting for the £5 that I won though.

I'm stunned that it's taking them this long to get get their act together.

Out of my 4 orders I placed so far I've recieved one of them, now the other vouchers have gone it's ridiculous! No reply to emails about where my missing orders are or anything.

I really do not understand either, they need to sack who ever was in charge of it all! i've also emailed a couple of times and had no reply at all, am i right in think that you can use your own email's' and have say 3 accounts with obv different email adress but that are in your name? i'm so confused about the whole thing, and not sure i'll be using their site after all this

I've placed 3 orders, none of which have been received.

The odd few pence that was remaining has now disappeared. My friend hadn't used her £10 voucher and that has disappeared completely.

All our vouchers were won legitimately so not sure what is going on! This is a complete fiasco and whoever is messing everything up is doing Virgin Vie's reputation a lot of damage.
