This is probably why everyone is getting new emails, I had a dodgy voucher and wrote to Virgin

Many thanks for getting in touch with us regarding this issue. We have had a number of fraudulent uses of these voucher codes which has led us to have to cancel off a large amount of cash on account, and this has unfortunately affected your account.

Please do not worry, if you have won a voucher as part of our 'Wish You Were Here? competition we shall be in touch shortly with a voucher email. This will direct you as to how to logon to our site where your cash on account will be waiting for you to spend.

No voucher code will be needed in future, as any winning vouchers will simply be added automatically against the winning email address and you will be informed of this via email. Please do note that the vouchers are explicitly given out by Email address. At this stage you can simply pop online and make a purchase!

We apologise that we have had to cancel off your vouchers, as always a few people have found a loophole, taken advantage and ruined this for everyone else.

I won £10 voucher on 24th june and brought a couple of items in sale on 28th june - they turned up yesterday without any problem - thanks for posting

i've 'won' vouchers about 4 or 5 time now since this comp started. not heard nothing tho. anyone know how this could be ???

I have just read a i have won thread who advised that when she went onto her Virgin Vie account, the vouchers had been credited already.

Just checked mine and I have (actually had!!) £25!!

Go and check your accounts now!!

i've been doing this everyday and never won a thing......i never win anything though! :rotfl:

Checked mine & it looks like some of them have been credited but don't think they all have yet.

I hadn't either, so just went to the register now bit, put in all my details and my £7.50 was in there automatically. I won a £5 aswell, but that was with a different email. Gonna have to leave that one though, wish I'd used the same email as it seems it adds them all up!!

Thanks Lucy. I've just registered an account, nothing there yet but will wait a while and see if anything is credited to it.
