Create an account on the Virgin Vie website using the email address you won the vouchers with (must be the same email address), and you may well find that the value of the vouchers you won is sitting there waiting for you to spend as 'cash on account', which automatically shows up beneath your name and address once you are logged in.

This was the case for me.

Hi Hayley I'm having the same prob...won loadsa vouchers on this comp but heard nothing. Registered an account with them last week and still haven't had any money through. starting to think im never gonna get it now

I had 9 packages from VV today, 6 pairs of earrings, sunshine powder, eye stuff and nail polish! The postman gave me a filthy look hehehehe! I have now won and received £7.50, £5, 2 x equinox eye stuff, nail polish, 7 pairs of earrings (totalling £152 according to the prices on the site) and sunshine powder.
I was really sus of this comp as well, now I'm really chuffed!

I would email them as I used the last of my vouchers on Saturday and they all arrived this morning

Wow! Just checked the account and had £35 in there! Hubby had £45! Have ordered loads of little presents for people, really made it stretch - thanks for the tip guys or I never would have checked. Have paid 20p so far

I've done well with this comp too. Have won 2 pairs of earrings, a bracelet, equinox eye stuff, 3 lipsticks, 1 lipgloss, sunshine powder and £45 in vouchers - all received.
I won these when the competition was first posted...its seems much more difficult to win now. I wonder if Virgin Vie underestimated the number of entries and had to restrict the frequency of the wins after those first few days?
