Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker Debt-free and Proud!
I have just had an E Mail from Virgin Vie telling me that they are sorry I was disappointed and that my new order has successfully been processed. Just wondering whether they added the extra £5.00 for the inconvenience???

Babydaisy - from the sound of things I think that they originally "wrote off" a large number of wins and I wonder if your account has been affected like mine was?

Just looking forward now to actually geting my eyeshadows ;)

Thank you for your recent entry into our competition, https://www.winwithvie.co.uk. However, in accordance with the terms & conditions stated we are unable to fulfil the number of prizes allocated to you in the ‘Wish You Were Here?’ competition.

The Terms & Conditions that you confirmed to play the game state that:

"Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries/plays by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries/plays and that participant may be disqualified

… After you play the Instant Win Game, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of friends who must be eligible to enter the promotion. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying them about the promotion. Virgin Vie At Home will not collect any information about any friend unless a friend later participates in the promotion. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship and from whom you have obtained positive consent (via email or other documented authorisation) to receive the email. Sending an email to someone who has not expressly consented to receive the email is a violation of applicable law, will result in disqualification from the promotion, and may result in legal action against you. For each friend referral with a valid email address, you will be given one entry into the Instant Win Game

All instant win game winners are subject to verification by Virgin Vie At Home, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. An entrant is not a winner of any prize even if the instant win game should so indicate, unless and until the entrant’s eligibility and the potential instant win game winner has been verified and notification of that verification is complete. Virgin Vie At Home will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play and is void and will not be honoured."

As we can see from our records, a number email addresses have been registered from your email address. We have therefore taken the decision to discard any additional vouchers or prizes the competition website has awarded you with.

As a gesture of goodwill we are willing to extend to you a prize of a £5 Gift Voucher which can be spent at www.virginvieathome.com

Ok, someone help me out here!
I added the codes at the beginning 'fraudulantly' but I didn't realise they were from a competition until after I added them and read other peoples posts, I wouldn't have added them if i'd have realised this, just thought Virgin Vie had made some mistakes with codes etc!
Anyway, after they realised (and I realised), I entered the competition genuinely and won a £10 voucher. Just checked my account now though and there's £37.50 on there. Anyone got any idea as to what is going on?

I had exactly the same email, what a load of tosh. Anyway a week after I received that email, I had 9 parcels from VV totalling almost £200 so I don't know if they realised I hadn't broken t&c's or they are just eejits.

I have a very long messenger list, lol! What with the juice boost and this, my messenger buddies will probably be annoyed with me. LOL! When the comp first started, I got loads of jewellery wins but didnt have anymore after that - just a couple of vouchers.

Its crap they are messing you about, write an email to complain. Infact my father in law has just written to Richard Branson, telling him he is morally bankrupt because virgin media is rubbish - maybe you should try that for this comp.
