  • I am really pleased you are all doing well with your fairs.

About 8yrs ago now(boy how time flies) I made up a load of reindeer food to sell at the primary school along with my son and we struggled to sell any for 20p a bag!

Well done to those of you who have sold at fairs :T , think I'm going to give this a go next year :D

  • I'm really impressed with the people who have managed to sell things at fairs. In my opinion it is all about the labelling, makes a massive difference to whether someone will want to buy it, if you get the free labels online can you sell the product?
I am a little obsessed with making little felt softies at the moment and after taking a monster one into work have a commission from another lady there who wants me to make one for her. Cue me sewing a 3 eyed felt face last night complete with cute little fangs :) The great thing is that my sewing skills are not good at all and it really doesn't matter for them, makes them more handmade looking! Felt is very forgiving too

Just a very simple page. For those that know what I am on about, I made my manifesto in the form of a letter to my children.

    Dear Logan and Emily,

This will be the second book I have made for you to record our christmas. Every year we make new traditions, visit festive places and ultimately try to make each Christmas as happy as possible.

I hope that one day you will look back through this book and see how much we love you.

The best thing about Christmas is you.

    All our love
    Mommy and Daddy
