Wow you have all done so much! I have been making choc slabs this week to add to my hampers, they cost about £1.20 each and are about 200mm thick with smarties and maltesers added, I need to make a fancy label and ribbon them up -You can stand there and agonize........

Sorry you're feeling down soblivion I think Christmas can be a really hard time for lots of people so you're not alone. At least you have us Christmas nutters to laugh at!0 -
Hi ladies, love seeing your pics, you're all getting on so well.
I'm being a bit sorry for myself at the moment, everything just seems very strange and weird for this christmas. I just don't have anything to contribute at the minute but just popping in and seeing your pics and what you're all up to cheers me. Thanks all for that.
Ooohhh soblivion, hope things are ok with you. I agree with Mary, Xmas can be an odd time. If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Kandipandi - I've just seen your fabulous chocolate slabs on another thread and I so want to eat one, ok all of them:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0

Popped into Somerfields today, and DD came away with a pack of 'colour your own crackers'. All in kit form for you to decorate and make up your own christmas crackers (you insert your own gift).
It contains 6 crackers to colour, hats, gold curling ribbon, stickers to decorate AND with 12 red pom poms.
Thought they'd be ideal for noses for anyone doing the reindeer flannels.
And fantastic value too .... only £1.A creative mess is better than tidy idleness0 -
I have finally finished my cross stitch for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. it is a picture of them on their wedding day. it has only taken me about 4 years and will now be a Christmas present!! just have to get it framed now. apologies for the photo - it is not brilliant.0
