Oh Siren, sounds awful. I was wincing just reading your post of how you fell. I'm definitely with pinkladymel and think you should go to the doctors, just to be on the safe side. Hope you start feeling much better soon. Remember to make that doctors appointment...pretty please, even if just to keep us quiet!

siren - you must go to the doctors and get checked over - I'm sure we all had a bit of a chuckle picturing it all (I'll not mention tripping down last two stairs with mop and bucket, landing on the floor and twisting my ankle -not spilling a drop of water though............ooops........said I wouldn't mention it.........needless to say now OH mops the loo floor upstairs now!)
But seriously, we want to you be ok...............so doctors........please ??

Have just done my choc yule logs........bought some bobble headed pins to hold them together and put gold ribbon round them. Just need embelishment to finish them off -our craft shop said its too early for christmas !!

Few hiccups with sock snowman..........wrong socks......got them cos they were cheap and they've got a heel !! Oh well, tried rice -looked awful -so have stuffed it with two rolled up flannels and just divided it into two, head and body.Top of sock is red and white check so thats its hat and the heel looks a bit 'nose' shaped so that'll do.............lol - one done........3 to go !

I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

Mary, could you make your own embellishments with green and red card - cut out holly leaves and circles for the red berries?

I happened to go into Hobbycraft today (went to Matalan and Hobbycraft is next door so as I was there, had to go in). There shelves are starting to bulge with Xmas stuff!

Okay so I finally finished a project today. Ages ago (I don't know if anyone remembers) I bought a "bloom in a bag" kit. Well I decorated it once and I wasn't happy with it, so I've just done it again. The photo makes it look really crap: Picture007.jpg
I think the kit cost 6 pounds but you could easily do it yourself for cheaper, you just need a plant pot, oasis and some long lollipop sticks, I saw some sticks on ebay ages ago that would work great.
