If knew Bunbun I would tell you but I've only lived down here for a month!! I'm a Norfolk girl through a through hehe. I will let you know tomorrow!!

Btw my crafting has gone on hold as I've managed to hit my wrist bone (dunno how) and have my right wrist strapped up. Plus I'm fed up with Tesco as they refused to serve me and the OH alcohol as they didn't believe I was over 21 (although the law is 18!) I'm 20 but hadn't got my ID with me. Even though my OH had his ID(he is 24) and he was paying they wouldn't let us have it!! They were so rude and treated us like we had been shop lifting or something!

Anyho (rant over!) I will let you all know tomorrow how I get on at Hobbycraft (if I ever leave there that is) I've just sorted out a long list of stuff I want (much to the OH's dismay)

Ohhhh, have loads of fun in Hobbycraft siren ;) I got asked for ID in Tesco last Xmas, I am 33  Made my day I can tell you :p

Pinkladymel was that the shimelle album-I recognised the manifesto page! I only managed 15 pages before I got totally snowed under with Christmas. I did another couple of pages in January but am going to continue it this year as it's an American crafts album. Yours is gorgoeus!

Yeh it sure was the shimelle challenge :) I found the prompts so interesting every day and made myself a little christmas box so that everything I could just sit down and get a page done. I'd really recommend finishing it as I love looking back on my book and it's only been a year. Thanks for your compliment:o xx

I found brown flannels in Tesco reduced to 37p so I bought 6... DH thought I was barmy (as usual).... wannabe reindeer maker...

DH really thought Iwas barmy today: I took him to buy some goggle eyes & brown pipe cleaners (can't remember the PC name!) and had to explain the reindeer again.

Then carefully selected 8 white Tesco value flannels-I did explain that I was making a cake but he thought I was going to boil it in the flannels or something  . Hope he works it all out by Christmas - :D .

  • Hi All!

Went round hobbycraft today! I could have spent so much money in there! But I behaved myself! Picked up some red pom poms, brown pipe cleaners, goggly eyes and some tissue paper for flannel reindeer and a tiger cross stitch to make for my sister. Other half pick up some bits as well for his Warhammer.

All in all good day lol.

  • Our local paper has a leaflet/booklet from hobbycraft in it with a voucher on the back of £3 if you spend £15. Not amazing but if you are going there anyway...

Sorry I know it frustrates you all to have yet another thing on your lists to do but I found this and thought it was beautiful...
