aww siren i didnt have a good laugh at all i just thought "holy sh|t" and i dont really ever swear i hope you are ok. I tore my neck up before and it is so harsh sometimes I would forget and do something quick and the pain would bring tears to my eyes. Wishing you a speedy recovery xx

Thanks everyone!

I feel a right muppet! Its something I tend to do though, if something is wrong with me I respond by fainting! Although this is the worst injury I've received from it. I'm having a lazy day at home while other half is at work. Bless him he looked after me all day yesterday.
Can't believe how sore my neck is its all swollen right up behind my ear. OH has said if it doesn't go down by tomorrow I'm off to the doctors.

I've moved suddenly so many times and cried out! I've never done anything like this to my neck so I keep doing it lol.
Trying to sleep last night was awful! I couldn't sleep on my right because of my neck but couldn't sleep on my left because of the bruising on my back lol

Hopefully though, it means I can get a good bit of the cross stitch for my sister done so every cloud...

I think you should go to the doctors now Siren, the bang on the head might have caused fluid on the back of the brain resulting in a swelling behind the ear. You sound a bit like me.. want to deal with things yourself and feel fine so don't want to go to doctors.. but please go If anything was to happen to you I would have no more blanket pictures!!!

Hehehe well that smashed up bin is sat on one of them! I hadn't finished it as my hands were cramping and its stayed there since hehe.
I have to admit I'm surprised its still swollen. May have to see if OH can get me up there.

At least you got a brilliant OH taking care of you, please let me know how the docs went later just so I know you are ok and its not some bin bash disease haha!

Hehe! Thats a list of threads I need to do my cross stitch Christmas cards!! And under that is my Cross Stitcher mags lol.

I think I'll end up with an appointment tomorrow now but I will let you know how it goes.
