Mudbath so sorry to hear of your friends passing, take care hun

Pooh I'm dreading when mine start to drink, hope this is a lesson learnt

Finished the living room and have done a bit more in the garden. I think I need to just try to do a few more jobs out there each day.

I need to do the Beaver run now then a little bit of ironing as I need something for work tomorrow and for going to the cinema tonight.

Hugs to mudbath - I'm really sorry to hear of your loss. I think the work that you do, as a result of meeting him, makes a great memorial.

taurus - now, I really wish that you hadn't told me that...;) Will I have any time this week to go shopping? Or shall I cruise right over to Amazon?:D

pooh - My DS1 is 18 and has requested a party. I'm not exactly looking forward to it. It would have to be in a hall, as no way would I let them in here (the house is way too small anyway).

:hello:To all the new flybbabies joining us - aren't we getting popular?!

I have had a lovely four hours gardening work today. The garden is being visited by Hardy Plant Soc members from all over the country on Saturday, as Kent are hosting a Summer Gardens Day, and we are working really hard to make sure it is as beautiful as we can make it. I'm helping out all day Saturday as well.

I managed a more or less Level three in the kitchen - didn't do the drawers and filters, or the tin cupboard (regularly checked before I go shopping). I may do an extra later. Unless I decide to go sit in the garden!

Not a bad start for my first day I think; I'm going to do all the windows tomorrow or Wednesday when it may be less sunny so I will do the kitchen window then. No ironing to do, so hoovered the hall and sitting room instead as the dog keeps tracking in grass. All woodwork shiny and clean already and all webs removed at the weekend. Very hot and bothered now, it has been a scorcher here today so off for a restorative glass of wine.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome; looking forward to Tuesday's list! Just need some viewers now.........
