Hubby away, 2 at school and i'm heading out now to build a slide.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

:D Thank you all  . Am feeling much better as have been told that resettlement takes a good while, we have to get repatriated to UK first:eek: ! And that the army can't just put us out of our house, they have a duty of care to make sure that the children have a home:D !

So starting to get a bit excited about going home! Getting to see my family:j ! And i'm now not burdened by the thought of damaging DH's career if i open my mouth. So now I can tell them all exactly what I think of them:p ! I can offload all this frustration in the right direction instead of bottling it all up!

So thanks everyone:T , am feeling loads better and much more positive. The legals will continue so will keep you all up to date when things happen. You never know, you may see my ugly mug in the papers one of these days lol!

I'm so glad i found this site, you have all been such great friends, thank you all ... and if i can ever repay the favour i certainly will....:A

    Hi

Hugs to Bonsi what horrible people. At least your looking on the bright side.

Thanks Lil_me i managed to see some of sports day. My stepdaughter whos doing her gcse's at the moment had him for a while as she had no exams today.

I haven't done any flying but i have posted a ton of ebay parcels ( well 8 ). I've also started sorting the landing because all the junk seems to end up there.:o I've found 7 things to ebay and 3 bags for the charity shop. I can't decide whether or not to sell my steamer. I haven't used it for ages because with so many people to cook for i didn't think it would be big enough, now i've had a look at it it might. i don't want it to become another thing to clutter up my kitchen though. Any ideas.

DD1 (17 and very stroppy) went out with the bf last night and didn't return until 7am this morning so I had a bad night up and down to see if she was in yet. She is a huge problem at the moment and as she is still fast asleep it looks like school won't be happening today. She has just done her AS levels and only started back after study leave yesterday. She put her sim card in my new Nokia N95 on Saturday night and skipped out and then lost the phone:mad: It is a contract and only just the first month and I didn't have insurance so that is about £250 down the swanee.

Hugs ref your DD1 - I have a DD same age and I've alredy lived through DD1 and DS1 being there.........only DS2 to get there now! try and keep smiling (even if you feel like killing her!)

Mudbath and G&B hope you're both feeling a bit happier today

Bonsibabe, - glad you're feeling more cheerful

    Lil-me - can't stop :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: at your dog

Right - I've been very good today, to make up for all the recent reading I have:-
    • Vacuumed EVERYWHERE
    • dusted our bedroom, living room, and hall
    • washed all uncarpeted floors
    • 2 loads washing done and on line
    • been to work for 3 hours
    • ate cold pizza for lunch with a cheerful DD2 (long may it last )
    • cleaned bathroom and loo
Going to put another load of washing in,, check email, make a cake then have a shower. Not going to attempt to start on book shelf cleaning and dusting today as it is DS2 parents evening tonight and I don;t want to get distracted and end up late.

    Afternoon all!!

Think I've about caught up on the thread now.

Bonsibabe - glad you're feeling a bit more positive now.
Mudbath - what a great thing to do - bet it feels good to do something for others. Lots of positive things will be coming back to you soon!

Ran 5 miles in 56 mins last night in preparation for the 10K on Sunday. I'm doing the women's 10K in Sunderland on Sunday. Not been to that side of the country before so I'm looking forward to going. Staying with BIL and his GF. Should be a good run as its along the beach.

Sticking to our budget really well this week. Ended up with about £200 of charges last month so need to make up for that. Trying to use what's in the freezer and put off shopping as long as possible but we're on the last bit of toilet roll - short of using pages from the argos catalogue I'm going to have to go shopping I think!!!

Off to school in a min. Lots of washing to get through today and still need to make a start on the bathroom.
  • oh dear, not a great day for me today :(

    6. [STRIKE]Take car for MOT[/STRIKE]
On the plus side my car passed it's MOT, I have prepared a really good meeting for Beavers tonight and set up the equipment ready to start in the Scout hut already. I also went for a little walk while my car was in the garage and looked at the flowers in other people's front gardens :o . I have also done all the daily stuff like making beds etc and the washing basket is empty.

Have also discovered a downside to this flylady lark. As it is highly unusual (in fact unheard of) to have all our clothes washed and ironed I have run out of hangers to put things on

Kitty - hope your littlie (or maybe not so littlie??) is feeling better soon.

Thanks Mudbath. Joe isn't really a littlie - he's 14 - but he's my youngest and has SEN so I 'mother' him more than the other 2 ;-)

Not much flying getting done here. Need to stop forum hopping and do some cleaning.

    Catch you later

    Afternoon

Shell - way to go girl. Parking gets easier - I prefer to reverse into spaces everytime where as OH is happy to drive in. Practice and calm is all it takes.

Bonsi glad the silver lining is starting to sparkle

Just scoffing some popcorn (pm on it's way Rach) so kids please as they got some too!

I went for a lovely short walk with my friend so I now have my elderflowers to make into cordial and champagne this evening.

Swimming still to go. Kitchen half done so will do another 15 minutes now before I leave. spag bol for kids tea so that will be easy when I return.
