p.s - i know alot of you have had some really bad experiences with ryanair but i was one of the nice ladies who informed passengers and kept them up to date although im not suprised many of the staff "leg it" and hide from passengers - i was assulted for telling someone there was absolutley nothing i could do to get them on their flight (flight was delayed by a storm and plane couldnt refuel as lightening was hitting the airport)0

A mistake on a website is no excuse, if thats what it says it is, thats the way it should be.
I would be bloody annoyed if I booked something that was telling me it was free to find out it isn't. (don't get me started on sky)
instead of telling people they are stupid ryanair correspondence, go away and sort out the site.
I am starting to think this site is advertising ryanair
I so agree - if a website states something is free - it should be free! Regardless of any "news" page etc. that states otherwise that you may or may not have had time to read. If I buy something in Tesco and get charged a different price at the checkout, they would refund me the difference and also give me the item - with a smile and an apology!
However, we have flown with Ryanair before and had a great experience and I would certainly fly with them again - you just cannot discard their fantastic prices. I will just read and re-read all their terms and conditions and go through the booking process VERY slowly.I would love to be lazy but can't find the time:exclamati0 -
Maybe I am touching wood here but we have flown with Ryanair loads of times and have adopted the attitude that you get what you pay for. My most recent experience was coming back from Bremen when we had really bad turbulence and I was SO scared. DS1 was loving it , DS2 was fast asleep but the thing that made me feel safe was that the cabin crew were all gossiping in the back as if nothing was happening. My logoical mind came into play, if we go then so will they, so I figured there was not a lot we could do and I had to hold on tight. The passenger next to me did keep me entertained though with his chat about his travels around USA , exactly what you need.
Ryanair are fine so long as
a) You read their t and cs
b) You take time filling in the booking form
c) You follow their guidelines re baggage
d) You dont expect 5 star treatment
e) You dont expect great customer service if anything goes wrong0 -
It should be don't expect any customer service when things go wrong!0

why would anyone want priority boarding .
They are going to get a seat anyway ( no standing allowed )
and the plane wont take off until everyone is on board ."Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0 -

Sometimes parents travelling with children would prefer to be seated together.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0
