Hi, I think we all booked on the MOS offer. I don't think you should have paid extra really but luckily its not too much in this case. We're still fighting it and waiting to hear back:T0

Has anyone else heard anything back from Sandals yet? Seems that 2 of us have had emails back from Marks travel in the US bit I haven't yet

I checked my card statement today and Sandals have eventually taken my deposit money, fingers crossed this = good news all round???
It must be very frustrating for those who are waiting to hear an answer from Sandals - their customer service seems disappointing to say the least.
I hope you find out soon as they seem to be dragging their heels over making their decision!0 -

Still no update for me from Sandals or Marks travel. My booking is live on Sandals website but I cant get into my flights on Virgin still so they may not be released - what a pain!!!:mad::T0

I have been watching this thread with great interest, there is another forum on Trip Advisor with the same issues.
I saw today, that Sandals have written to people and agreed to honour the price made in error.
I hope this helps anyone in this situation.

I truly hope they do, as this person was asked for another £2811 and they have waived that for them, so I dont see how they can't for you..............
Maybe you could contact that person and ask for more info......

I have had a letter from Sandals stating that they will abide by the price on my booking but they still say it is a mistake. I do not understand this as I
subscribed to a '2 for 1' offer and that is exactly what I booked.
I am still confused how a mistake is made when the computer system provides a price that is exactly in accordance with the offer. I did not use a Mail On Sunday Promotion Code.0 -
