I just did

In the Unpaid dispute claim and Item not received dispute, I have mentioned that I will contact Police, Barclays, Lloyds TSB and file a court case if needed
Is that wrong:think:
Not if you are sure the seller does not intend to ship the goods.
Up until that point threats rarely help.0 -

There is phone number that ebay sent with his details. Will it be a good idea to ring him?
Will he mention in the Unpaid item or Item not received dispute that I was harrassing him.0 -
if it's anything like the name & address, you can bet your bottom dollar it'll be a false number.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
I rang the number. The person who picked the phone knows no one by the names, both ebay registered name and the bank account holder name. Although the person sounded like the same ethnic origin of the seller.0

I know they are not brilliant, but these were my justifications.
For '0' feedback, i thought everyone starts somewhere. I'll be nice to him and give him the start.
For 'No Paypal' I thought he just wants to avoid the paypal charges.
For discrepancies in the listing, i thought I have spotted a bargain
. Often people say misspelt listings go for less.
I printed out the bank statement. Money has really really gone.
I have drafted letters for Barclays and Lloyds TSB. Will drop in at the Police Station lunch time.
I just want my £185 back, I'll never do this mistake again.:p
Only need a miracle now.0
