    Morning Everyone

Everything is improving here apart from the weather. DD is nicely scabbing and the kitchen is coming togerther. Sadly I'll be drying the washing inside today. Apart from a load of WM I will be continuing with the great tidy up and proberbly making a batch of Twinks (the first baking in my new oven).

Good morning everyone, whew, got a bit of a day ahead.

Eldest DD just had a mini meltdown about her impending exam today.
A cuddle, some rescue remedy and me driving her to school in my nightie seems to have done the trick and calmed her down a bit.;)

So today, plonking stuff in breadmaker for later.

For some strange reason I've decided to defrost the last turkey I got at christmas (feeds 10 ) whilst conveniently forgetting OH is having some teeth out today:o.

Need to get organised, our drain is blocked and there's that severe weather warning out. Got flooded last year so really not in the mood. What do I do, ring a drainy person now or later.

Best get on, hope you all have a relatively calm and dry day. xx

:hello: :hello: :hello: :hello: :hello: :hello: Hi everybody -- bright but windy here

Congratulations to all those celebrating and gentle thoughts to all those feeling sad, lonely ,poorly or just fed up.

Good luck to everybody who has tests and medical bits and pieces.

Well the house is looking better as we have got totally on top of the cleaning since we came home. Had a horrible infestation in the dry goods cupboard--- UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!! I think it started in the rice but sadly the whole contents of the cupboard had to go.

OS--Eating the freezer --- no not the freezer ( Aussie thats a challenge for a piccie !!! ) but the contents.

Hoping to go and see Sex and the City with DD'S tonight
Try and do a good deed every day.

    Good Morning all..
First of all would like to say good luck to those who need it today and Hugs to anyone who is feeling like they need one.

I woke up at 8am to my DS3 screaming at me because DD2 would not let him play with his toys lol. Done breakfast and about to clean up then take DS3 to nursery at 1pm, nip into town to price up growbags for my tomatoe plants (ermm about 25 tomato plants lol) Does anyone know how many tomato plants i would put in each growbag? Iam using the £17 i saved from not smoking to pay for these :) Then back from town i will pick DS3 up from nursery at 3.30pm and then head home for Chicken Tikka wraps as salad stuff going to go off other wise :)

I best get going my brew is going cold as im typing to much :) and need to sort this house out and get us all showered and dressed :)

    have a good day all

    Morning :hello:

I notice I got a wave from anniestar yesterday evening but didn't have time to come back on and post, so hi anniestar :hello: Tattycath, you sound a lot more cheerful this morning :)

It's going to be an expensive week. Luckily I had a very cheap one last week (spent £30 in TOTAL, having budgeted my usual £50 for food and general spends plus £20 for lunch with the OS girlies on Saturday) so am £40 up before I even start this week. If I have any of it left at the end of this week (bearing in mind I also have this week's standard £50) I will be delighted...

Last night I went out to a show, met up with friends and went for a beer and a Chinese.

Today is my ONLY free evening of the week, so I've got lots to get done as there's no other time to do it this week. I have to go food shopping, finish writing an opera review, plan out the rest of the week so I can see where things will fit in, and do at least two loads of washing as have started to run out of things. At least I don't need to do any cooking - the freezer is full to bursting with HM ready meals.

Friend is taking me to Glyndebourne this Saturday and I have said I will do the picnic (on condition that he provides a bottle of champagne ;) and, as he's driving and I'm on the train, the crockery and cutlery) so I need to plan what's going into it. I see that Aldi's Super 6 this month (despite having gone up ANOTHER 10p) includes Jersey Royals, nice tomatoes, and Galia melons - and as Aldi also does nice antipasti I think I know where I need to go shopping :D

Off to the gym this lunchtime for an Aqua Circuit class.

    Hugs to all in need
    Love Rzl xx

    Morning everyone :hello:

Dark yucky day today with lots of 'scotch mist' which is threatening to turn into a downpour!

not much on my agenda today, which is nice. The car is in the garage so really not looking forward to popping to the shops when the weather is this horrible :( Perhaps I'll have to be more creative with the storecupboard instead!!!

    Hugs to all :D

    Morning everyone,
the weather here is minging! nasty, dull and throwing it down.
My washing is draped over the freezing radiators and i`m adamant that the heating is not going on to dry it!

On a brighter note i`ve spent the morning in the kitchen and got lots of things out of the way, i`ll go and tidy up in there before we go for houndie walkies. i`m going to have to do a new freezer inventory soon as i`ve lost the old one. I take it off the freezer door sometimes and carry it about with me in my bag, when it`s quiet at w**k i start looking at meal plans:p

Smoky - your garden works seems to be going really well, it will be beautiful when it`s all finished.

Aussie/ Mean Marie - Hope you enjoyed your lunch.

Offski to tidy up now, have a good day everyone,((((HUGS)))) to the poorlies.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p
