BB is that a specialist shop in Brighton?? :rotfl:
I think your right not to post your wi suggs - it just wouldn't be an accurate reflection. Naughty boy not to eat all day though.
The men 'gross'.Nah gorgeous hunks of (diminishing) flesh the lot of youI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Hello everyone - sorry this is just a flying visit as we are very busy trying to find a national health dentist for my husband who is in a lot of pain at the moment:mad: Not having much luck I'm afraid!
Anyway for a bit of good news I have lost another 2 pounds this week!:o :j :j .
I don't know why but it really seems to be happening weight wise for me at the moment. All I can say is that I am very very happy.:D
Must run now and make soothing noises at my poor OH and keep trying to find a kind dentist who can help. We would go private if we could but can not really even afford the NHS fee!!:o
Love

Yeah, well done Marion! It's dropping off you now!!!
I'm back from the bike ride, the hill was so much easier than I thought it would be! Bring on a tougher oneI have to admit I was on the brakes like a girl on some of the way down though
Not because I was scared of the descent but there are side roads and I was worried a car would pull out while I was going too fast.
Since there were a lot of winding country roads I decided to wear my attractive fluorescent vest today, until I tried it on and it was like a tent on me :rotfl: I would have taken off like a kite coming over that hill!!! Luckily my son has one so I wore his
I'm going to attempt to jog to the school without any walkey bits this afternoon, should be doable, then we're going to the park so I might get another couple of laps in.0 -
lo all, back from my weekend away and it was fab! Been a bad KPC with food, but as it's as close to a holiday as I'll get this year I'm not going to beat myself up. OH dud take some pictures of me that made me think a bit harder about LW when i saw them though!
Falconry was fantastic! Held a tawny owl, a barn olw and wee dinky grey scops owl. Then we flew the tawny, the barn and a european eagle owl, and then we flew a harris hawk and a chilean blue eagle. They were all just beautiful and it was a real experience. I had no idea how long lived they were. Finally we fed the vultures which was very exciting and fed some 8 week old owl chicks. Suggs, i think this place is close to you - its the english school of falconry in biggleswade and it was amazing. We're going back in November to go on a hunt - you take the harris hawks out into the countryside and actually hunt with them. VVVVV excited! I'm hoping for a rabbit cos by then I should have leared how to draw and to tan. OH is slightly worried about how excited I am about killing somenthing, eating it and turning it into a pair of gloves. Also had terrific meal in st ives - lobster and steak mmmmmm. so day one today now. My veggies are doing okay now - my potatoes look like blooming soon so i can harvest them, my peas seem to be growing and my courgettes are ready to plant out. I need to harvest my garlic and onions soon i think - but they are showing no signs of wilting yet so i daren't. Sorry to hear about your wobble bbelle, glad you are all happy again. We're all human, and if you can't argue with the one you love then who can you argue with? FOB I did quite fancy atomement, but then OH started saying things like - 'why she's writing to him in france - his regiment fought in burma' and i knew that it wasn't worth the pain.
good luck finding a dentist marion!0 -
Well done Lois :j you're not only right about it going on quicker, it's also a heck of a lot more enjoyable too;) never mind, you are going in the right direction :j ...and well done too Marion :j ...
...Hey Erlqueen don't worry about what is done, it won't alter a thing. Just jump back on the wagon and make a new start; good luck and here's hoping for better results...
...missyg Well done for getting down to your brick wall weight! I really admire how you deal with it all, but if I tried your method I'd fall at the first hurdle. Your bike ride sounded great, I haven't done any of that since I was a child, good for you :j ...
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Hi KPC good to hear you enjoyed your weekend away!
Thanks Petrichor! I admire you too, you've got the maintaining firmly under control there and you never seem to get unstuck
Jogged to the school but unfortunately I did walk a bit - it was a bit too soon after eating! Ooops! Once I'd let my lunch settle I did 50 mins on the wii fit including 20 mins free jogging so that should more than make up for it.
There are usually more Monday weighers than this... where is everyone?!0 -

Missy, I had to take a min break in the gym today, it happens everynow and then to me, sometimes I just feel it more. I guess after your bike ride today that could have happened to you? Did you eat after your ride?? Plenty of ideas on how to lose that stubbon 1/2lb, but you seem to know how to work up a good sweat anyway
KPC, Biggs as we call it, is about 40 mins away, MrsS and her kids used to live there.
Pet, there has been a couple of dropouts from Wimbledon, Carlos Moya been one of them!! Is that the end of the world??Proud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

Hey all, a 1 lb gain for me this week. Not entirely unexpected thou (infact I expected more)
On Friday my dad and 3 uncles were down, I've not seen my uncles for about 15 years! So 'popped' out for a drink, ended up staying til chucking out time, reminiscing and being told 'You've grown' & 'I remember you when you were so high' a lot :rotfl:
Saturday was my Granmas 70th birthday so we all went out for a very delicious Indian meal, and although I ate more than I usually do, it was no where near what I used to eat! That was followed by more beer & cider til chucking out time.
I've not been out for ages, and not had alcohol for months so thoroughly enjoyed and deserved the weekend.
Back onto the diet now
Whats happening with the footy? I've not been keeping tabs on my team, how am I doing?
