The best approach raph - to see the weekend as an enjoyable break and back to the plan for the week ahead. It's good that even so you recognise you ate much less than you would once have done.
Marion - hope you've found a dentist for Mr rl. Toothache is so miserable. I'm sure the changes in dentil practice means more folks don't go for checkups becasue of the cost and end up suffering more. Bad system. You really are on a roll with your weight loss:T .
Kpc that sounds a fab weekend. I have looked the centre up and saved the details. Something else I'd like to try one day. Though the way my body feels today goodness knows when that will be:rolleyes: .
Did make it to the butchers today though. Told them I was switching to them from sainsbury's and they were over joyed. I reckon if rationing came in tomorrow I'd be getting extra sausage from under the counter there from now on:rotfl: .
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Well having managed to lose just over 2 stone in 3 months from January I went off my eating regime and reverted back to my old ways; no exercise; late night snacking; eating when not hungry and lots of Stella. The result in the next 3 months I managed to gain a stone :( not so bad taking a positive angle. As I did Atkins years ago lost 2 Stone and put 3 back on.

So today I started the Paul McKenna system again, picked up a new 90 day journal and will follow it though this time and achieve my goals. Feeling very positive about it and I hope I can call on the nice people in here for support when things get tough and for motivation.
    Cheers

Thanks Suggs, yes I came back from the bike ride and ate a larger than usual lunch (enjoyed every mouthful!), the jog was simply too soon after but no harm done :) Aw look you've dedicated today's numbers to me :D Great stuff, as always!

Raph well done on having such a great time this weekend and limiting it to 1lb gain! As you say - thoroughly deserved! I'm all confused about the footie myself but I'm sure we'll soon find out who's through to the next round?

BB, extra sausage under the counter, eh? :rotfl:

OK confession time here! I've eaten too much today, so change of plan and I'm back on 1200 for the rest of the week to balance it out - end result won't be any different to what I had planned (bit less actually). Everything's cool, feel like I've had a breather now so totally motivated again

Marion :j :j :j Do you know what you are doing differently to get these excellent results?

Conference away was good but a bit foody (and drinky) so I'm working on a sts for this week. Reading about missy and suggs has made me feel tired so I'm going to have a little lie down now.

BB -- if the butcher offers you a free sausage RUN. Unless you fancy the butcher.

    Evening everyone!
Sorry I havent been about lately, has been a little mental at home!

Not had chance to really read through how well everyone is doing. Im sure everyone is doing great?!

Talking of which... last Monday, I started a new regime, of portion control and eating healthier meals, doing steady exercise (similar to RC) and I am proud to say I have lost:
    7 lbs!!!! 1/2 stone!!!

Which I am chuffed with, its giving me that extra *oomph* to keep going!
