Im watching golf. God did anyone see the turkey chech match? I left matts mum and dads and it was 2-0, came home and it was 2-2 then it was 3-2!! I also watched a bit of nedal play tennis, then i thought to myself im probably watching the same thing as pet! I also watched a bit of england do over new zealand. Its been a good tv sport day.

I have work tomorrow hate going to work on mondays, but there is a sale on so i will be trying on the things i have put by! Some gel bras to make it look like i have boooooobies.

right, im off to bed. Night all, sleep tight

oh p.s. i had a dream about ajax the other night and im trying really hard to remember what it was about. I swear i got "ajax" and my xbox 360 game muddled. Must have come on here then played the game before i went to bed!! I bet i'll have one of those moments at 3am where i think of it! It will come to me im sure.

vix,not used to compliments ty x, my eldest dd can sympathise with you , she too has to have gel bra's and is going to buy some "chicken fillets "to give her some shape , is no-body ever satisfied with their lot lol xxx

beanie - I think you meant me.... yes that's DS in my avatar. We bought him some new dressing up clothes to cheer him up and he loved the fireman one.:j

As for swapping for a 14 year old, I'm finding a 2&1/2 year old hard enough thanks. I figure by the time he's 14 I should either be well enough pickled :beer: in booze to deal with him or have gone tone deaf so I can't hear the carp he's giving.

Delly - sorry to hear your little one has chickenpox. Did you go shopping for SW goodies? I'd recommend you stock up with plenty of fruit, muller lights, wafer thin ham, couscous, and pasta n sauce. What do you use to thicken your savoury mince?

Lois - I wrote out a little shopping list for Mr.T's and sent my OH over to get it. they're currently moving the aisles about and causing complete chaos with their customers. OH said there were a number of abandoned trolleys where people said " f. it - we'll go to sainsbury" So yes, we've loads of savoury rice, low fat noodles, and pasta and sauce. I don't actually like muller lights that much but the activia fat free fruit yoghurts are also free so we're going for those instead..

Oh, and I used bisto original powder to thicken the mince 1/2 syn per level tspn 2 syns for the whole thing on red.... 1 heB & 2 syns on green... not bad eh? I think I'll get the hang of this well enough thanks to your help (the information must have gotten on there somehow) but I can't get into the swing of it whilst DS was sick this week.

Still I'm prepared now. Not hopeful for my WI this week so I think I'll write off the past few days and start afresh tomorrow.....

Morning peeps:D I highly recommend moving for a weight loss programme:rotfl: :rotfl: running two houses this week until finally all the furniture is moved to the new house, packing, ringing companies, stressing, lack of schools for the boys really makes you forget to eat:rotfl: should be done by this weekend.
Normally we move , we get help removals etc courtesy of OH work so other than ringing to cancel stuff it is straightforward and a lot of the hassle they have, this is the first time we have had to do it alone and because the removal men wanted £1,200 to move us:eek: OH is doing it van load by van load lent to him by a lovely friend:D

Sticking to what I eat though even though I have no real kitchen stuff left here, the boys had chips on sat because we had not stopped but I still had the veg and WW meal.:D

Good luck for the WI today,espcially you missyg boy oh boy do you deserve it with such tight, well controlled, perfect daily cals intake, you so do:D

...FFM Maintaining is a fine balance and requires nerves of steel, but most importantly, in my experience, is be relaxed about about it. Our bodies calorific need varies daily depending on what we're doing, so personally I'm not sticking to any specific amount but just see how my weight fluctuates. So far this seems to be working for me :j. So don't beat yourself up too much, take it easy and that way it will be easier to live with (I hope that made sense )...

I did indeed Vix and what a cracker of a match :j :j my avatar shows Nadal with the biggest trophy I've ever seen on the circuit :shocked:. It was one of those matches where it was a shame that there had to be a loser, but fortunately it wasn't Nadal:D ...
