Morning peeps:D woke up with a start, thought the family had moved without me:rotfl: :rotfl: 13 days to go, boxes everywhere, it will all be fine in the end but my oh my stressfull:rotfl:

To think I go on hol in just under 7 weeks and have not really had time to prepare for it, I am hoping that with the disruption there is not to be too many take aways, grab what you can, must plan properly and have proper foods with me, might celebrate on the move in day though;) this is our 7th move so we know what to do:D not one for staying in one place, life stagnates around you, must have got it from my mum, every 2 mins she is up and off:D

Woot! My holiday started 6am this morning!!
It's slightly marred by the fact I've been paid 16 hours less than I should have :mad:
I'm making some shortbread for fathers day. I've got a couple of scraggy end bits that I'll have to dispose of, can't give daddy wobbly shortbread

Just wanna say thanks to all your exercise tips! I plan to buy a bike at the weekend which i will ride to work (instead of tramming it)! See how that goes then i might start some mild jogging - and using bottles of water for weights - great tip. Hope your all getting along great and congrats to all the losers!!:T

Sorry very busy, been out of office for two days (up at 5.30 and 6am and the joys of M1 and M25!!) in various meetings, sat two online exams which I passed :jand today lots of catchup to do (not too difficult to be fair most people should pass if they made notes during the day), before heading to London tomorrow for another meeting. Only got to the gym on one day, so things not looking too good. Had a quick scan through all the posts, PLG your looking gorgeous, well done on SOTW Ajax as do you, now seeing as you posted an action shot, Im tempted to post mine. Cant work work what Vix meant by weeing in a spoon Missy I argee with Ajax, too many clothes. Well done to Victory on your Bootcamp, you even got SOTW

No real problem with the profile idea, probably best to host off MSE, (and password protect??) but not had enough time to think about it. Nature of my work makes me very IT security aware.

I know I have probably missed plenty of posts, sorry. Welcome to the newbies

Question - Is anyone else using Firefox? and are your avatars and icons all over the place in MSE???

I agree with the PLG bit, but not the rest. I had a big gain mate

As for Firefox, I use it at home and never had a problem with things being in the wrong place. IE here though.

Morning all!

Day 4 of being back on the 1200 cal/day pace, going great so far! Isn't it weird how some days 1200 is more than adequate, but other days 1400 isn't enough?

I have never heard of Fiona Foster FFM . Hope you get to have a ski-ing trip... enter some competitions, you never know
