I'm on Firefox with no probs too Suggsy so guess must be your end? Well done on the exams.
With the Who's Who, depends how detailed people would like it, but we could just put a brief intro to everyone on the first page and then provide links from whoever would like to? What d'ya think?
Might get a wee action photo out of myself at some point, if I can find one... Liking the golf shot Ajax!
Missy, did you really post a bikini shot or is that a gag? As for the holiday plans, when I said we'd organised it, what I actually meant was we'd finally decided we were actually going somewhere and for how long :rotfl:It's been anywhere betwen a year and not going at all, with lots of increments but have now settled on a month in July (probably :p). Which is only 3 weeks away so best get our heads together! Lots of places we'd like to go but restricted by money/ language/ illness/civil war so probably going to head Thailand way...maybe...:rotfl:

Suggs/Ajax - I temporarily posted a bikini picture a few days ago. A few peeps saw it. Did you miss it? :p

.....yes, I noted that you posted it at a time that I wasn't on :(

Sounds good to me Raph. Just looked at your stats again, I can't get over how different they are to how you look; I would never have put the two together.

I forgot to say well done on the exams Suggs! :D Firefox fine here too.

Trip sounds heavenly Bails. Can't wait to hear more details as you get sorted! Surely it's going to demolish your £4k challenge though? Not that I think you should let a small detail like that stand in your way ;) You know how I feel about trips & holidays... :D

Damn it, forgot to weigh myself on Tuesday again... just done it now and am pleased to report a 2lb loss which is great seeing as I haven't been 100% good with my eating!

Well done to everyone who lost/STS this week! :j ...and there's always next week for those that didn't!

Lemon Drop - unfortunately my hips/thighs really are bad  - so much so that I'm 2 completely different dress sizes top and bottom. It's like someone stuck together 2 bodies - the top half from an average weight person - the bottom half from an overweight person :rotfl: You'll see exactly what I mean when I post my before/after shots (as my before pics are full length).

My healthy eating plan is working out well - I've already lost a dress size - so I'm well on the way to sorting it out!

Lois Lane - thank you for putting this weeks chart together.

Suggs - well done on the exams!

Raph - I agree with your suggestions for the whos who of LW. Nothing too fancy - just basic info with optional pics.

    afternoon all!

hope veryone is good. Bails I've realised that I'm not free for hte meet, sorry - i got mixed up with the scotland one at the beginning of the month! V much looking forward to my hols, work very oppressive at hte mo. Boss used to make me cry regularly, but instead of bullying 1 person he now kinda 'bigs up' one person at once and makes the rest of the team feel crap. we've got a new person at hte mo, so she's the shining star at hte mo. Still another manager knows that I just saved the company £3k this week so thats something. Roll on hols! Can someone do some weather magic for me please?!?!?!?!

    HI all.

I can't believe how long it have taken me to catch up with all the chat.

Welcome to all the newcomers (many of you) and well done to all this weeks losers, expecially PInkLipGloss and Victory.

I wanted to saw ***WOW*** to BB - we saw your before and after pictures previously but your latest 'after' picture is even better. You do look so much younger and just fab. PinkLipGloss - you also look fab - and all the action shots (raphael, KPC, Ajax and any others I have missed (missyg!!)) were great too. I might get round to posting an action shot myself too at some stage.

I like the idea of a Facebook group - I sometimes forgets people's real names v their screen names!

Well, my holdiay started well foodwise but descended slowly and painfully into mayhem. I didn't like what the scale said this morning but I am definitely on day 1 today (back last night) and I am enjoying being back on the straight and narrow. I will definitely post my results in wed even if my damage limitation still reads a gain.

I only managed one 5km run while i was away and didn't beat my best time (of 28mins 55 sec). Did it in 31 mins something but I did manage to run the last bit at 13.1 km/h which, for those who use a treadmill, will understand that this is DAMN FAST. I only did it for a short while (felt like an eternity) to get me over the 5km line and I was dead by the end but glad of the achievement. I was glad that although I was slower than previously, I at least beat another record.

Thanks LL for doing the chart in my absense. Do you want me to take it back now???

    Enough of my rambling...

PS Bails - when is the meet? Did I miss that?
